Told me and my party of 12 we couldn't eat their on a Sunday night for my son's 18th birthday. Tried to call before hand no one answered, but when I walked in there were 3 people at the host stand. Two where doing nada or there for emotional support, while one was taking names. Never going back!
I recently dined at Texas Road House and began with an appetizer, which unfortunately arrived after my meal. My niece received a sample plate, but the tater was undercooked. I ordered double-steamed broccoli, which was as hard as a brick, but my sister's well-done steak arrived medium rare. My niece's well-done burger was also undercooked and salty. Until the kitchen staff receives further training on food preparation and timing, I would not recommend dining here. On a positive note, our waitress, Kennedy, and Nadia, provided exceptional service and deserve recognition.

I'd start off by saying the food was great but the service provided by Trent was way above and beyond. He made our experience very enjoyable.

If it was possible to leave a negative star on the experience my husband and I had it would be less then that. It started off by our server telling us that he didn't want to be there and would rather be home. His name is Christian. Then we were ignored all night except when we got most of our food. We had to ask twice for my husband to get his sides. By the time I got my food it was cold. At this point we got our food to go. When I went to eat my food the next day my I discovered the steak that I ordered mid rare was well done and my ribs were burnt. Very bad service, disgusting food. Will not be returning and will not suggest this restuarant to anyone

Satbat the bar for dinner . The 2 servers were clueless as un attentive. I overheard every person sitting at the bar complaining about their food orfers, the way it came out and the length of time it took to get the food or even get served a drink.. I sat for atleast 20 minutes to even be acknowledged that I was there the was ignored most of the rest of the night. When the food came out it was actually good . But had to ask 2 times for the rolls and 3 times for a refill on a beer.. 2 male servers behind the bar.. dont remember their names. But it was sat nov 15th around 8 pm.. time to re train or re staff..

Wow, just wow. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the food was so amazing I just had to, they deserve it. This is the best food I have ever had from a Texas Roadhouse (I live in GA). It was fresh, hot, and delicious. Not only that, the service was awesome. 10/10

Trying to get our veterans coupon yesterday was such a horrible mess. You guys backed up traffic and those of us who just wanted to park and walk over(as we have in the past) were denied our free coupon. Told to get in the ridiculous traffic. Even asked what if we didn't have a vehicle and they had no response. Awful awful. Shame on you

Sat at the bar on Sunday to watch the Steelers game and grab a quick bite to eat. The bartender Addison was one of the nicest and most genuine employees I’ve ever met. definitely will be back!

11/2/25 This is normally the superior location in SC/NC despite no longer living here. We dined in for an early dinner and the experience was just ok. We think maybe an off night, servers seemed stressed and down a baker, as we received bread along with entrees. In these cases, allow seated tables first dibs and explain to new tables the delay so servers literally not kill time waiting in bread line. Hiccup on salmon was fixed close to others finishing up their meals. My rib eye, that I had been craving, was medium and not medium well as requested. After waiting for the salmon, I did not want another delay,so ate most. Sweet potatoes also were not very sweet, so got something else. Tiffany seemed quietly sweet but could have been overwhelmed. Did not see again after prompt to pay on tablet tipped her well as we figured may have just been a crazy Sunday. Will wait a few months for our next visit here. Little disappointed, has management changed?

My husband and I went for dinner and drinks. Our first time going. Really enjoyed everything. The shrimp skewers: chefs kiss. 10/10. He had the steak with loaded baked potato and corn. With a long island iced tea. Which I took a sip of. Didn't lack any liquor! I had the herb crusted chicken with green beans and loaded baked potatoe without sour cream. I'm not a huge fan of green beans but they were seasoned to perfection. My drink of choice was the midnight sour. Very well made. Our waitress was excellent. Diana if I'm not mistaken. Very sweet and attentive. We're already planning another visit.
