Most places in Florence are very sorry but everytime i've gone here its been 10/10 service!!!!! Earlier today i went with my girlfriend we waited no time due to the waitlist and our server Trent was beyond outstanding he came multiple times to check if we were okay and gave us refills asap when we needed them never even had to ask, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish i would of had cash to give him a personal cash tip but I didnt i will defientely be back anytime and the prices are fenomenal!!!!! I will be back as soon as i can. Great job Texas Roahouse i appreicate it!

Made reservations on Valentine's day, got right in. Others were being told to get a table as a walking would be 3 to 4 jours.

We waited and waited, after being on the waitlist and texted that our table was ready, we went inside they said stand by the saddle and I think they forgot about us! About 15 minutes later we finally got seated, in a booth that had no lighting the bulb was broken off in the socket and no one bothered to change it! Sat there no rolls, no waiter to get our drink order! It wasn’t the waiters fault, the restaurant slammed him back to back! 20 minutes later he took our drink order which he got wrong and had to redo them! Took our order and still waited 28 minutes for it! My husband’s steak was perfectly cooked, medium and tender, mine was overcooked more like medium well and tough , food arrived after a 28 minute wait and was not hot! Waiter gave more attention to his other customers, didn’t get refills or asked if everything was good! Won’t be back for a long time! Day was the worst service we have ever had there! For today 👎

I placed my order to only find out that my order was incorrect and wet wipes were placed all over my food, that isn't sanitary at all. I called back to the restaurant to let one of the employees know and I asked to speak to someone from management. I held on 2 hours. Then, this young girl picks up the phone and placed me on hold to never getting someone that I could speak too. I been on the phone waiting now since 7:00 and still not getting no one. So, I guess they're not taking anymore orders for tonight. This is very poor customer service. Then, someone will call with I apologize and how can I make this right. Well, I know that it's Valentine's Day and your busy taking care of guests. But I was a unsatisfied customer there today as well.

Food was not good! Rolls had burnt edges.I ordered Catfish some of the pieces were really soft the middle of the fish was undercook. I also had a coupon which I showed to the server beforehand, later on I was told coupon was valid at another location. The manager had a very dry and cold tone. The worst TX roadhouse. I always enjoy this place, but the Florence S.C. Roadhouse is lacking! Steaks in the show case look dull and old. Meat didn't look fresh, will not come back. It wasn't even a wait got a table immediately on a Sunday night.

Told me and my party of 12 we couldn't eat their on a Sunday night for my son's 18th birthday. Tried to call before hand no one answered, but when I walked in there were 3 people at the host stand. Two where doing nada or there for emotional support, while one was taking names. Never going back!
I recently dined at Texas Road House and began with an appetizer, which unfortunately arrived after my meal. My niece received a sample plate, but the tater was undercooked. I ordered double-steamed broccoli, which was as hard as a brick, but my sister's well-done steak arrived medium rare. My niece's well-done burger was also undercooked and salty. Until the kitchen staff receives further training on food preparation and timing, I would not recommend dining here. On a positive note, our waitress, Kennedy, and Nadia, provided exceptional service and deserve recognition.

If it was possible to leave a negative star on the experience my husband and I had it would be less then that. It started off by our server telling us that he didn't want to be there and would rather be home.His name is Christian. Then we were ignored all night except when we got most of our food. We had to ask twice for my husband to get his sides. By the time I got my food it was cold. At this point we got our food to go. When I went to eat my food the next day my I discovered the steak that I ordered mid rare was well done and my ribs were burnt. Very bad service, disgusting food. Will not be returning and will not suggest this restuarant to anyone

They opened at 3 . We got there at 3:30 and was told we had to wait for waiters to come in to be seated 15 minutes later. Food took a long time and it was burnt even the kids meal was burnt and hard.
