I am writing this review as I am on the phone on hold with this location. Attempting to reach a manager should not be a 30 min ordeal. Their service is horrible in person so I don’t know why I’m surprised that everything else is crap

Very busy Sunday after church but didn't have to wait too long. Service was decent but nothing extraordinary. Food, on the other hand, was perfectly done as ordered. Especially my wife's steak that was fully cooked with no pink like she likes it, and it wasn't rubber either so kudos to the chef making that happen. My ribeye was perfectly medium and the ribs were tasty.

My wife and I drove out to Colorado and back to Florida. On at least (3) occasions we stopped at a Texas Road House Resturant and got food to go. We found the food to be similar portions as if we ate in the resturant. The taste and quality of the food was very good as well. Staff was polite and helpful. Very positive experience!!

Food is great as long as you don’t get to go…: even if the website says it’s completed, it’s not, even if you ordered online for a specific time, and the rude attendant will shoo you back to your car without a sorry, please, or a smile. Guess she preferred the other people? Who knows, but won’t use to go again, and since this is the only way to get reasonable fast service in Florence, I won’t be back. Not waiting 15 minutes past a pre-scheduled online order.
Edited: not to mention when I’m finally texted that my order is ready, the window gets shut as soon as I walked up. Dropping to a 2, as this shouldn’t happen in 2025

First and last time there. The food was awful. The place is packed, but the service. Booths are tiny, I was elbow to elbow with my neighbor. Not worth the visit. The food was not very good.

I I’ve been to this location twice and both times were bad. Today, however, was the worst maybe of any experience I’ve had in any restaurant to date. The hostess was angry because we were cold at a table and rolled her eyes. The waitress could not keep her hands off my grandbaby’s hands rubbing all over them. She forgot to put our order in and an hour and a half later we still did not have lunch. The rolls were nothing to be missed and the appetizer was cold. Left with no lunch and a half hearted apology from the manager.  Even with the free appetizer I would never re-enter this establishment again.

The ribs yesterday were very tender. Delicious. I hope they are like this every time I order them.. Most of the time they are burnt.. The chef who made the ribs yesterday needs a pay raise

Cody! The best waiter of all time! We visiting 11/11/24 and although the place was busy and hectic, Cody was awesome! Food order was accurate, timely, great follow ups and refills. Very much appreciated!

This is LONG overdue. I promised a review to the kind leaders in charge at this Texas Roadhouse - and I didn't deliver right away. Life got IN the way: including a dangerous tire blowout on the way to relocation in the Mid-Atlantic. And various multitasking that demanded time and effort. But Christian, Priscilla and company deserve my attention and praise NOW.
That incredible place, that night, was a Godsend. My son and I were exhausted from traveling and we needed a restaurant to be open. Even though closing time was close, nothing was a problem for Christian and that remarkable staff. The hospitality was unlike any other. Enhanced by the greeting from Priscilla - who remembered us from a previous visit! She even recalled our conversation. What an amazing Lady. As EYE recall, she is also a fabulous server. She loves people. That's what makes Texas Roadhouse so special. Nobody works there if you don't like people. Christian, the leadership of the manager (born to be in charge), and our beautiful Priscilla are living proof. We can't say enough.
This Roadhouse is a cut above many that we have visited. My son and I have been to dozens in various states. The care that visitors get there is real. Deep. Like family. The food is already great but it tastes better when the staff looks out for you. I bet that Christian even said a prayer for us after we left. It's like THAT.
Whenever a journey permits, we will be back. Florence is important to us and has been for years. Now we have another reason to travel there. We love you all at Texas Roadhouse!
