The pros: comfortable bed, good shower, up to date TV and pretty clean although the sofa was pretty grumpy on the arms). The cons: not only no free breakfast (which I don’t think is a thing at courtyards) but not even free coffee in the lobby. The Bistro in the lobby had a pretty limited menu. Like I said, the room was clean but terribly outdated. Most annoyingly, there were no USB ports to charge your cell phones. Spouse has to go across the way to the mall to get a usb wall...
Clean but in need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom. Customer service was very good. Plenty of restaurants close by. Conveniently located near the I-95. Moderately priced. No complimentary breakfast.
WOW where to start had a visit Marriott Courtyard Florence from when we checked in with Taneya Studivent at the front desk to the entire staff our stay was just a very fun experience@ We got to enjoy the indoor pool and the bar with excellent food and a really special bar attendant who added to our overall experience...Thanks to all and we will be back again very soon...
