We LOVE the food but our order is wrong about half the time. Tonight it was ordering a large bacon DOUBLE cheeseburger box with all fries and onion rings mixed and we received a large SINGLE patty bacon cheeseburger box with salad. My son was disappointed 😞. We have been customers for decades. Wish the orders were right more often. Delicious food.

Great food with great staff. Remember Tommy & George from years ago when they started out at the old 301 on Palmetto. They all carry with them & pass down their family legacy. As they were called by in the day, Drive in Restaurants, all the Greek drive In restaurants are as good as it gets.
Came in tonight to get a fish sandwich it was cold and fried hard was very disappointed. My fries was fried hard as well and wasn't hot.

I am from Florence and Townhouse is generally my first stop when I return to town, which is pretty often. Today, I ordered my usual grilled chicken sandwich and fries- the chicken was way overcooked and only about half the size of the bun. The fries were shoestring instead of the normal thicker cut fries. I got my order to go and of course did not realize the issues until I got home. I called Townhouse to speak with someone and spoke to the older man who was incredibly rude. When I asked about the difference in fries, he told me repeatedly that they were the same fries they had been using for the past 35 years, then later admitted that they were not. I never got an opportunity to share with him my problem with the chicken because he spoke over me the entire time, constantly cutting me off and finally hanging up on me. I won’t be giving Townhouse my business moving forward. My sincere hope is that this was not the owner that I spoke to as this speaks volumes about how little he cares about the customer experience. Clearly, it is more about the money, less about quality, and definitely not about the customer.

Been enjoying this food every chance I get for 21 years! It’s an hour drive for me to stop in but worth it! The Greek grilled chicken salad is my favorite! Amongst the onions rings and the ranch dressing is to die for! 10/10

Ate here plenty of times but yesterday might have been my last. Grilled Chicken made me sick. It was undercooked and caught food poisoning. Grilled chicken can be too salty so be careful. Baked potatoe was ok, used to give you 2 breasts but now only 1 and for $25. Naw, I can't see the justification in what I pay and in return for what I get. Especially when the chicken is not fully cooked and other times dry as a chip. DONE!!

Customer service was terrible. I’m not sure if you have to come earlier to get a friendlier experience, but regardless of the time, every customer should be treated the same. We didn’t tell you to fill out the application. As an owner, I wouldn’t want anyone working the register who isn’t welcoming to the customers that keep my business running. Would not recommend.
They cheese burger I brought was great of course my folks back there work hard and pushing out great food, but the customer i received from the owner when I called in my food was very rude and nasty he just went off like a fire cracker. Also the light skin lady who running the register was very respectful I give her customer service a 10! Would I go back yes but only because I see my ppl in their work and the food was delicious!
