While at the library, I was feeling a bit hungry so I checked to see what was around within walking distance. Townhouse popped up and when I saw they had Greek food, I knew I had to try them. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. After perusing the menu, I ordered a gyro, fries, and a lemonade for dine in. Got the chicken gyro and some extra Tzatziki sauce and the side salad. The pita bread was soft and delicious and very flavorful. The chicken was nothing short of amazing! It was tender, juicy, and perfectly done. The salad was fresh and had plenty of feta cheese on it. Prices were reasonable and the waitstaff are very friendly and polite. I love this little place. My first time going was two weeks ago, and I ordered the 2pc flounder meal. It was delicious and I highly recommend it if you love fried fish. The grilled shrimp is really good as well. Has a good seasoning. I love this place and now I know where to go every time I visit Florence.
