Tropical Smoothie Cafe

So, don't make a mistake if ordering online. This happened while we were in the store. We tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let us cancel or change it, even though they hadn't started preparing it. The person working said that they were the manager but then said that they had to call the manager to get permission. The manager that she called said that they wouldn't do it. Customer service is terrible. I don't plan on ever returning, even though I have been here several times.

I usually come here after after a workout for a delicious smoothie & healthy meal but today my smoothie tasted really weird. I asked for them to remake it & they said they couldn't since I had tasted it. How else was i gonna know that the smoothie didn't taste good? I get the same drink all the time but today it tasted bad! I patronize this location faithfully, so I wouldn't think it would be a big deal to have a drink remade! Smh

The staff at the McLeod location are always friendly.
Even with a crowd, they are always fast with the orders.

My Mom and I go here every so often to get the Island Green Detox Smoothie or the Sunrise Sunset! They’re so good!
In the Island Green Detox Smoothie, the ginger is what makes it so good. I tried the regular Island Green and I didn’t like it very much but it wasn’t bad.
The Sunrise Sunset Smoothie is so flavorful and I absolutely adore how the Mango boosts the other fruits!! Yummy!!
The customer service is good. I’ve had friendly employees and I’ve had quiet employees but no disrespect or rudeness.

Ordered a paradise point with a B12 shot and it tastes like blended ice with barely any flavor. Also, they are rude. Some customers get asked their name and some don’t and they just stare at you like they have a problem.

New to the town. So came here to try this Tropical Smoothie and loved the experience. The food and customer service was on point. As soon, as I
entered in the smoothie, I was greeted with happy faces and smiles. I ordered a Bahama Mama Bowl and a Hummus Veggie Wrap. The food came out in a short time period and tasted great. I will be coming back very soon!
