Everything about this place was wonderful! The crab cakes Rockefeller were to die for! She crab soup was wonderful and very creamy,. Service was great and very attentive! Doesn't look much from the outside but food is amazing! Be coming back-

Considering it’s called Tubb’s Shrimp and Seafood, one guest with me ordered the grilled shrimp and they were on the small side of medium sized shrimp, very dry as well. My swordfish was delicious. Also, considering there was only 2 other tables when we arrived and servers without tables yet, we had to ask for soda refills. This is one of my guests biggest pet peeve and I agree. Our server was average, didn’t smile, just did her job. Idk if the location used to be an old service station, like the old ones that you’d pull up to and they pumped the gas for your car? But for what it was, it very clean. There are seating areas in two separate buildings. The kitchen was in one building so the wait staff would have to go outside and into the other building to bring those patrons their food. I’ve seen this in other restaurants and always found it odd. Building a structure to connect the 2 buildings might be an idea? It didn’t affect us because we sat inside the main building with the kitchen in it.

Excellent food!

NEVER MISSES. Food is incredible, and consistently so. Fresh and absolutely flavorful. We drive from Columbia just to eat here from time to time. Pictured: fried green tomatoes, Mexican hushpuppies, shrimp po boy, cheese grits, pork belly sliders, fries.

We were traveling home from the Labor Day weekend and decided to stop here after hearing great things here in other reviews. This restaurant was amazing! We were greeted at the door with a smiling face and seated right away. The waitress was happy, talkative and answered all our questions about the menu. She also offered suggestions to us as we ordered. Our order came out fast and hot. Let me tell you the food was beautiful, hot and so flavorful! My husband used to be a chef at the famous Jasper White Summer Shack in Boston and he was wholly impressed with this restaurant. Our order included hush puppies and we were presented with this amazing dish full of dips and spreads. Included on the plate was this amazing butter that we put on the hush puppies. AMAZING YUMMO!! Honey lime butter!!!! It was so good we asked for them to sell us a tub of it and they did! Stop here for a relaxing easy yummy meal while you travel through South Carolina you won’t regret it!
We didn’t eat outside in the bar area but it was so cool they turned an old airstream into the bar! I imagine night/dinner meals are fun in there!

Excellent service. Food was terrible. I do not recommend getting anything blackened. We could not eat anything except the fries. It was extraordinarily salty and you could not even tell the blackened oysters were oysters. It looked like pan scrapings and tasted like burnt salt. We had such high expectations, but we were very disappointed.
