Tubb's Shrimp and Fish Co.

We ate here for the first time today. Maddy was our server and she was fantastic. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful. We had the Bang Bang shrimp and Crab fries for appetizers. Shrimp were perfectly cooked and the sauce had the perfect amount of heat. The crab fries were crispy and loaded with blue crab meat. My husband had the fried shrimp platter with fries and coleslaw. Coleslaw was delicious. Shrimp had great batter that was airy and light. I had the broiled flounder and scallops with grilled squash and Brussel sprouts. Flounder and scallops again were cooked perfectly. Brussel sprouts are some of the best I have ever had. We will definitely be back.

Stopped in for my first time yesterday. Everyone was so friendly including the owner. I just got their hush puppies and man where they good. Their batter is excellent! Definitely the go to place for hush puppies.

I have been going to Tubbs since 2018...whenever I'm in town, it's a must stop. The food and service are always superb!

Driving from Midway GA to Greensboro and had a taste for seafood. We were pleasantly surprised. Food was gast and great flavor. atmosphere was neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did have to sit a little long to get our waitress but still a great experience.

We tried this place for the first time based off TikTok reviews. We were seated and about 5 minutes later, a couple walked in. They were immediately served while we continued to wait for 10 more minutes and were ignored. The young guy who seated us came over to apologize and took our drink orders (he was not a server, just the host). The woman who served the other couple who walked in after us blatantly ignored us. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I then asked the woman who served the couple who came in after us who would be serving us and she responded “oh idk” with so much attitude and distaste. The environment already felt weird walking in as all of the Caucasians looked at us BLACK people with disgust. Never in my life have I experienced such rude, racist, and discriminatory behavior. We left and will not be back and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone, especially BLACK people since we are clearly not welcomed in this establishment. Very disappointing and distasteful.

The owner, Mr Kyle, his staff, and the delicious food were absolutely the best!!!! The atmosphere made you feel right at home!!! I will definitely visit again!!!

My office was granted a branch lunch, and this is where we decided to go. We placed the order over the phone, and the person who took the order was pleasant and patient. We had 8 orders to put in. He took the order and asked, "Who is this order for?" He repeated all of the orders to ensure that they were correct, took my name, and my payment. Tubbs is across town from our office, so it took me about 20 minutes to get there. The staff at the register were pleasant and helpful in getting everything into my car. I knew that at least one of my orders was going to be wrong when I got back to the office, but to my amazement, all right were labeled, and were all correct.

The only issue I had was the drive time back to work, and the aromas coming from the bags made it difficult to focus on the road. The food was delicious. 9.5 out of 10 would highly recommend!

Delicious food, great service, neat atmosphere! They were able to accommodate our large group and everyone loved their food! The bang bang shrimp with coleslaw, shrimp/flounder plate, and sweet potato cheesecake were some of our favorites!

We were in town just for the night and thought we would try Tubb's.
I got the shrimp and grits my husband got the fried seafood platter. It was delicious and he service was great! Would definitely recommend.

They were out of calamari so we got the fried green tomatoes that were cut a little too thick but still were ok. We got the grilled seafood platter. The oysters were a little chewy on the sides. The crab cake was a little salty. I know this seafood restaurant is inland, but I feel it could have been a tad bit fresher. Then again, I'm comparing to calabash on the water seafood. So, it was good for the location. The out door porch is very charming with a full bar. The live music was loud but it's according to what you are looking for. They have the main dining area too which is quiet. The staff was extremely friendly. The food came out in a timely manner. Everything was clean including the bathroom. I would go back again.

We were driving through looking for a seafood restaurant between Greensboro and Charleston. We found this gem using Google. We had shrimp & grits, shrimp platter and shrimp po boy! All were amazing! Cory had menu knowledge and made wonderful suggestions! We loved it and will be back our next time through. Only onr pic because we scarfed it down.
