Really crazy to think that someone wouldn't have the decency to wash their hands after handling a dog before making an order in front of the customer then proceed to get upset and kick said customer out. No matter how you cut it, that is unprofessional and unsanitary. Hurts even more that the person in question was the owner. RiP. Do better if you plan to be a professional establishment looking to expand.

as if this business being a shill for herbalife wasn’t already terrible enough, the owner kicked out a regular customer simply for requesting that he wash his hands before preparing an item….. because he was PETTING HIS DOG. he first tried to claim it didn’t happen that way, then he backtracked and made a half-baked apology saying he’s “young and learning.” don’t you learn food safety before you open an establishment? or is that not in the herbalife onboarding?? ???

First let me say it may look like they aren’t open because the windows are kinda dark BUT THEY ARE OPEN! So go on in. I absolutely love this place. The banana pudding smoothie I had was both delicious and nutritious. I love the cute set up inside and the owner was super nice and gave me lots of information about their products. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Kid-friendliness: Very kind and friendly

I love the drinks here, the staff are super friendly, and Dixie is the best. It's as simple as that. My favorite part of the menu is the loaded tea section. I struggle with anxiety and most coffees have too much caffeine for me, but I still need an energy boost during the day. The loaded teas have just enough kick to keep me moving without making me unbearably jittery. 11/10Dietary restrictions: They're a health-oriented café. The menu lays out the nutritional information of each drink.

So HAPPY to have found a Herbalife tea shop in Florence SC.I love Herbalife.The young couple that runs this tea shop are amazing. So sweet and polite.
