Dining with my older parents and we received great service. Clean restroom and food was excellent. We were having to kill time for a meetup and did not feel rushed and continued to get service throughout. Wish I could remember the name of our waitress because she made us feel welcomed.
It's a Waffle House so I feel like that needs no explanation. It has always had friendly staff -- they may be busy depending on guests. I've had varied experiences depending on the time that I went so you may wait during busier times. Food is always decent. I simply prefer them over places like IHOP.
We were on 05/14 we were served by the waitress Clara, she doesn't speak Portuguese but she made an effort to understand us and treated us very well, better services from the US, our order was wonderful very tasty, congratulations.
