Service was great and food was delicious, only major problems were the way the company pays and treats their employees. If something doesn't change soon then I won't spend my money there anymore.

Got our order taken, my husband got part of his order. People that came in after us and ordered after us got their food before I did. Our waitress was apparently to busy to remember what table ordered what. The other waitress was rude to other people coming in. When my order got to me it was wrong. Had to remind her to bring the rest of my husband's order. Not going back!

Food was over cooked, sausage and hash browns were close to burnt..waffle was thinner than my toast and cold..music eay too loud .I could not hear the server..had to ask her to speak louder..

Food was horrible.. the cook didn’t make sure my food was even fully cooked! The eggs was like jello. Grits was cold. Asked for a burnt waffle because i know it wasn’t gone be done and it still came out not done! I ate a little bit of grits and left! Didn’t even complain because what a waste of life that was going to be!!

Walked in and there was food all over the floor. Tables were nasty, with plates of food on them. The girl who took our order was unkept looking and then it wasn’t the same girl to bring our food, which isn’t what we ordered. I watched a guy clean tables with a soaking wet nasty rag and then start immediately touching to go plates afterwards. Walked out without even complaining because it would’ve been a waste of time. I was shocked at how nasty this place and people are.

When I come home, I’ll always have to stop at this waffle house! The food is always great. The restaurant is always a little cold, but that’s usually waffle House, the workers have to stay cool due to the hot grill other than that I love it.
