Placed a large order, all 4 of the chicken croissants didn’t have honey butter, all the drinks were flat, and one missing item. Called store and can’t even get someone to answer the phone.

This is the second weekend in a row I visited and was told that I could not order anything due to their system being down. If the system was down, why were 4 to 5 workers still on shift, costing the company more money...some of them should have been sent home. I asked the manager Keith about the outage and he stated that the outage happens all the time, and the length of the outage varies...hopefully he was being honest.
Quality has gone down and price up . They act like we can't tell! I went for a chocolate frosty and two cookies, jen got number one . Dude gave me a orange frosty that was nasty and out of who is ordering?? So i didnt get anything . 14.86 ..... last time fred. Number one frys was old was not eaten ....

This location needs some serious cleaning. It smells bad inside. Almost like a sewage smell. Floor is dirty. Be careful you may slip. Food was warm at most. Chairs are sticky. Tables need cleaning also. Parking lot is in bad shape.

Walked in they wouldn’t serve me inside at 530pm due to the register not having the right amount of money in it also smelled like cat piss inside. Smells horrible and is very unsanitary. I just walked out.
