I went there for the croissant egg and cheese and a coffee the young boy didn't even know how to make it and it was all vanilla and caramel no coffee at all and the sandwich was cold they didn't even try to heat it up all even the bread was cold never again worst service ever😡😡😡😡

They close drive thru often with no signs and will let you sit there ten mins before saying drive thru is closed and ask to come inside also wouldn't buy through uber eats there you'll get charged and not get your order nothing but thefts

Taco salad served with no chili or chips. Second time around get jbc meal and a cup of chili to go with salad chili comes in the bag sideways chili all over contents people are useless there

Young man at the register at 7:15pm 10/07/2025 no name tag. Was extremely rude and has very poor customer service qualifications. What made me write this review is because he greeted me with saying “”what do you want” no welcome to Wendy's or how can I help you. A lady worker replied to him saying “hey why are you so aggressive”. After ordering I asked for ketchup and he replied 1or 2 packs and lady worker was observing him and said give the gentleman some ketchup he sucked his teeth and threw it aggressively in the bag. I then said you must of just started working here I haven’t seen you before I’m a trucker and I come here all the time and your demonstrating poor customer service he walked away.They lady working said my apologies have a good night sir. Wendy’s Watch who you hire this is unacceptable this man needs to be evaluated as a representative of your company.

Was told they dont serve truckers coffee that I had to purchase it from from Pilot. I said I didnt want their coffee, it taste like soap. He told me there's nothing he could do, even though Wendy's has coffee on its menu.
This is a terrible location. They need to do better.
