Is it too much to ask that all of my order gets put in the bag? I suppose I'm the one at fault for not checking that my order was complete and in the bag before I left.
On top of this, the phone was busy for 1/2 hour before I decided to let it go.
People need to take pride in their work.
This happens way too often at all the fast food places.

Nice place to have a quick bite. I feel all staff should be trained properly at what & how to take a food order, not insulted bc the lack of knowledge with8n that employee.

There were only 3 people working, moving very slow, none of the sodas worked, the drink station was a mess, the garbages were over flowing, and the wait time was ridiculous. And then after taking so long they still messed up the orders. Didn’t put the kids meals in kids bags with toys so I had to ask for our toys. And when placing our order, the guy didn’t listen to the specifics.

I would like to say I had the opportunity to meet some really great employees and staff, Regina the manager has an incredible way of motivating her staff and communicating with customers very pleasant outgoing great personality and attitude. One of her employees by the name of Malik if that's the correct spelling, he was exceptional seems to really care about pleasing the customers and certainly making sure his food is presentable and of good quality, I definitely see this young man in management someday I hope he succeeds. I have spent many years myself in the service industry dealing with customers and I would like that this was one of the most pleasant experience in a fast food restaurant I have ever had, and would like to think that I would hire either one of these people to work for me without hesitation.

It's pretty hard to screw up an order with only two items.
1 hamburger one chicken sandwich.
After sitting for nearly 5 minutes in line. I watched them eventually make my two sandwiches both of them hamburgers.
As they handed me the bag I said one chicken one beef?
With an unsure smile the lady said yes.
It's really not that hard..
Well. It shouldn't be..
