Still one of the poorest experiences I have had in years. I decided to give the restaurant a try after two family acquaintances mentioned it. Biggest waste of 14 dollars so far this year. The servers/waitresses are extremely inattentive (no extra plates were offered after the initial dishware was given at the checkout, even though it was obvious that I was finished with the dishware that was handed to me.) The servers tend to be intrusive and borderline argumentative. The food selection is still sparse (only two miniature rows of cooked food, compared to other buffets in the area which are less than the price at Western Sizzlin.) And the biggest disappointment was the dry chicken bog and dry fried chicken. It tasted and looked like it was reheated from the night before. You'd choke on it if you had nothing to wash it down with. The quality of the chicken is still questionable as it smells as though it is spoiled. You are better off visiting more highly rated and diverse restaurants such as Quincy's Steakhouse and Roger's BBQ. Not only are the buffets bigger, the quality is top notch at these places. I won't be giving Western Sizzlin another chance and if you are coming to Florence for whatever reason, make sure to avoid them. You'll regret it otherwise. I honestly would have fared better if I had just crossed the parking lot and visited Golden Corral instead and they are known as the bottom of the barrel for buffets in Florence.

Unfriendly, cold restaurant, with over fried and over salted tired old southern Christian food that will surely do your cholesterol good. Uncomfortable chairs and a lot of standing and waiting in lines. I won't ever be back this Irainian owned chain restaurant.

Great varieties of food. O enjoyed the fried chicken and collards greens. In addition the bakery selection is wonderful with lots of traditional breads

Everything was great along with service but they didn't have real lemons for your tea. They gave us packs of lemon juice. Not the same!

Drove an hour away and wasn’t disappointed! staff was friendly! everything tasted fresh hot out the kitchen! our waitress was very attentive and very patient with our large family and it was clean!
Food just was not good. Very small variety of food and dessert. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good home cooked food.
