I had waited for my 2 fry orders for 30 minutes. The employee at the front just had an attitude with everyone and then go flirt with the cooks in the back. I had heard this employee tell the people who ordered behind us that we “just need to cook at home”.

My food was late by 15 mins and me just sitting there waiting watching. I noticed one of the cooks take is pocket knife out cut up someone’s chicken tenders bare handed no gloves and put his knife back in his pocket and wipe his hands on his pants. Not only that they messed up my order will not go back

It was good, but not great. Three tenders and fries with blue cheese dressing and mango habanero sauce. The sauce was tasty but very sticky and the seasoning on the fries was ok, but oddly sweet. The tenders were a little overcooked but not horrible and the fries were not hot, but not stone cold yet (while I did get order to go, I tried the fries in the car, so they hadn’t just cooled on the way home). Overall it was just ok.

Placed online order at 5pm and selected to be ready at 5:45pm. Got to the store at 5:45pm and didn’t get my food until 6:30pm. On top of that, watched the guy working WITHOUT GLOVES drop a fry on the ground, pick it up, and put it back in the fry basket. Do not recommend.

This location is trash and needs to be revamped. I had high hopes when they announced a Florence location. I’ve gone about three times since they’ve opened and each time, I’ve been disappointed. The customer service, the wait time, and the food is just horrible. I ordered a ten piece barbecue boneless and the wings had no sauce on them.

Didn't get greeted. No ice and asked about replacements and we weren't allowed to do that. Food is overcooked. Not friendly. I wouldn't recommend this particular location. Order wasn't ready in time. Will not return back to this location. Doesn't look clean either night I add.

Never got our food, had the cancel after waiting 45 minutes in a not even busy Wingstop. The order never was started. The customer area floors are extremely dangerous slick and need to be mopped with hot grease cutting cleanser. Not coming back. Good luck folks. 👎👎👎👎👎

Horrible customer service….cooks are great…..but a manager telling a customer that door dash is more important than your order is crazy in the store is crazy……if that’s the case turn the place into a grab and dash restaurant or better yet put a sign that says your don’t matter unless you door dash……
