make sure you specify during lunch hours you want lunch pricing. clearly picking something off that menu during the specified lunch time and was double charged basically. cashier basically said oh well after swindling me

Please be aware that they will purposefully ring up your order wrong if you say you are paying with card so when you make them aware they will charge you for the discrepancy getting an additional card charge fee out of you. I've been on 3 separate occasions and this happened all 3 times even though the cashier read back my order exactly right prior to ringing me up. This is a known scam that has been covered by local news reports.
Let me be clear… I have experienced tragic food occurrences with bad taste, lack of service, etc. and in my 37 years have NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW… however, this is inexcusable behavior I experienced at the Yummy House. For one, I ordered a 10 piece chicken wings PLAIN with the shaker on my chicken and fries… and somehow the woman at the front heard lemon pepper wings… my receipt even said plain and she added the lemon pepper herself I don’t know… I get all the way home and find out so this was my fault… however, she refused to refund me by initially begging me to keep my food… and I also explained to her that I also want a refund because the price was incorrect on the menu as well… she voided my prefer and literally “shood” me out of her establishment by waving her hand. Although my first experience was a 5-star (the food is good so I will be objective)… the second one is a 1-star based on the sheer rudeness and disrespect… I will not be back. Please proceed with caution and order in person because there is an obvious language barrier here.

The atmosphere and staff were friendly. The rating of 4 stars is for the staff and atmosphere. However, the food was not very good. The ham fried rice had no taste. Too bland. The spring rolls weren't cooked enough. The chicken was fair. The chineese food part needs work.
