Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is definitely one of the better Zaxbys establishments that I've had the pleasure of patronizing. The staff was very friendly, my order came out the kitchen quickly and was very good. The entire establishment down to the parking lot was very clean. I have no complaints, so keep up the great work crew.

Was one of the best Zaxbys we have ever eaten at. The chicken was cooked perfectly so were the fries. Yummy!

We were there a little after 3:00 pm and the tables were dirty, dining area needed to be checked and cleaned up. I went to the restroom around 3:45 and when I came out the tables had been wiped down and were still wet. Service front and back was very slow.

We don't eat at this chain often because we don't have one where we live. This was across the street from our hotel, and figured we'd give it a try. We weren't expecting the chicken to be as good as it is. We were glad we tried it.

Was at drive in waiting forever. No One even acknowledge my presence they refuse to answer w five cars behind me. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from any Zaxby’s. If you’re on the interstate bypass this one.

I had to return an order that was not what they said it was supposed to be. My fully loaded fries 🍟 were the worst i have ever had from Zaxbys. I tried to get it resolved and was told this is how it was. So I got my money back. I am not gonna pay for something I can not enjoy.

My Blue Zalad was very good! If I had not been on a long car ride, I would have taken what I could not finish with me.

Very disappointed I’ve been eating here literally everyday and I’ve stop for a minute due to the food quality! I decided to eat here on today and it was the WORST mistake EVER!! The wings and fries must’ve been cook this morning I mean they were ROCK HARD Toast wasn’t cooked at all! I took the food back and asked the cashier not to give it back to the cook because I’ve gotten the same box of food back from a restaurant before and thats unsanitary… the manager said something smart so I decided to get my money back ! Never will I ever spend my hard earned money here again!

Set in drive thru for more than 5 minutes the lady at window was very rude saying she wasn’t taking any more orders Rude will be contacting District manager

Fries cold wings not enough sauce

The most unappetizing ‘other than food’ ever. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal and a kickin chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were awful and a testament to just plain bad food. Both were cold along with the fries. We asked for a hot replacement and the guy next to me asked what we were complaining about. He then checked his meals and all were cold including fries and chicken pieces.
We will never visit a Zaxby’s ever, ever again. The food is not fit for dogs. I called it ‘other’ below because it was not food. Anyone who gives Zaxby’s more than 1 star simply does not know good food and should have a serious discussion with a dietitian.

Stopped in for a quick bite here, and bought some Cheddar bites. They tasted like they had been cooked for hours .

We stopped in for dinner. The restaurant was clean. The food came out fairly quickly and it had good flavor. There was more than enough food. The only issue I had was when I went back to get a box for our leftovers. The girl behind the counter was too busy talking with coworkers in the back to help me or another customer.
