Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

4 times in a row my order has been made wrong. Didn't have any adjustments, ordered exactly how it's supposed to be made as per the description on their menu. Just a salad, can't be that difficult!

Staff was friendly and adequate. Order was correct. However, it was one of the filthiest
restaurants I've ever been in- bathrooms were gross, drink machine looked disgusting, employees behind the counter were passing drinks around, and the place just looked unkept.The bread on all of our sandwiches was also burnt. I would not return to this location.

Food was good but I wasn't crazy the zaxbys sauce which my son liked

This Zaxby’s is filthy. We are from out of state and we go out of our way to stop at Zaxby’s and we have never encountered one we weren’t happy with until now. Everything was sticky and disgusting. The dining room was a mess. The tables were in shambles. I could not bring myself to sit down and eat in their dining room once I saw the state of it. We ended up taking our food to go and eating in our car. The employees were incredibly rude and miserable and never called our order number out so our food was sitting. When my husband pointed this out, the girl was rude and rolled her eyes. On his way out the door with our food, he dropped a drink and the manager just stared at him and didn’t say a word. The toast isn’t toasted - it’s literally just white bread with a little butter on it. What a disgrace to the Zaxby’s chain this building is.

Honestly the best tasting Zaxbys I’ve ever had. Everything is as on point. Give the cooks working on this night a raise they make chicken with pride here lol.

10th time I’ve been to this Zaxby’s, each time it just got worse. Chicken was old and dry, fries were soggy, and Cole slaw was watery. Toast was cold and tuff. Worst Zaxby’s I’ve been in. 3rd time I ordered slaw with my meal and a only get a small portion of fries on the plate. When I mention something about it it take 5 minutes to get the slaw and for some reason they have to leave the line ro get it. Only reason i xome in is because it is close to my work. Guess ill have to just go to Taco Bell or Wendy's.

Dead roach on the bathroom sink, dining room was a mess (looks like they just had a rush) but the service was great,quick and efficient. The cashier quickly offered to come clean a table for us. The visit went great!

So We were in the drive through one of the employee were giving my dad attitude and she also got is the wrong order I think this is unacceptable that she gave us attitude just for ordering food.
