Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This has to be the most disgustingly dirty Zax I have ever seen. The tea counter was filthy. You can see finger prints from greasy hands everywhere. Trash on the tables. All it takes is a wet rag.

Most disgusting food we got from a Zaxby's chicken was burnt and looked old. Took a bite and that was all I we could eat .30 minutes later I burped the most nasty burnt greasy smell from that chicken. The Florence county health department needs to shut down this place

I ordered a zensation salad from Zaxby's on 10/2/25 from this location with crispy chicken to go. We were traveling on I-95. After being back on the road I started eating and saw that there was no chicken on the salad. Not on piece. I called right away and was asked to return to the store. This was not possible due to being already 15 miles from the store. I was asked to leave my name and phone number, which I did, and I would receive a call back to make it right (some refund). I have not received a phone call nor any refund. Not good customer service. Will not go back to this store again. Make sure you check your order, by opening every container to make sure its complete.

The workers really need to pay attention to their online orders, as someone who is highly allergic to tomatoes when I request no tomatoes that doesn’t mean put extra.

First time having zaxbys, and my last... omg this place here in 2100 Florence Harllee blva is so depressing, cashier Latazia B got the best eye rolls. I do not recommend this place. It's not pleasant. you want smiles and welcoming people Bucees is the place. Ps. 7 of us got food from here and 7 of us went back to the hotel sick.

We stop here on 09/25/25 at around 830pm... I would give them NO STARS IF I COULD! We turned around and left without ordering anything, because no one acknowledged us upon entering the restaurant, we stood at the counter up to 5 minutes and still no one acknowledged us. Yet 3 girls are standing laughing and giggling at the drive thru window, while a cook is yelling out to them assistance at counter several times. It's like they all were on def ears. Then one came to the register, still not acknowledging us standing there pretending to look for a key card. By that time my husband and I were over it and said Don't worry about it and walked out! Now that was just plain ridiculous! Every Zaxby's I've entered acknowledges customers as soon as the door opens and they walk in and if they're not at the counter when they look and see a customer standing there they acknowledge the customer letting them know they'll be right with them. Here NOT AT ALL! IDK who was the manager that shift that night, but they need to train their younger employees! Just because it's getting close to closing does mean you slack off on customer service!

We ordered ahead so we could make a quick stop. Our food was ready 20 minutes after we were supposed to pick it up. Another mobile order customer was also waiting for their food while multiple other customers were served at the counter immediately.

4 times in a row my order has been made wrong. Didn't have any adjustments, ordered exactly how it's supposed to be made as per the description on their menu. Just a salad, can't be that difficult!
