Always missing food items from my order and it takes forever to get the issue fixed.

Only problem for me was how dusty the extremely low hanging light fixture was. Other than that, the service was awesome and food was delicious!!

Was rushed at the drive thru and every time I tried to speak was talked over or interrupted very frustrating. Food was good didn’t get no type sauce for my fries.

Cashier didn't know how to take our order I repeated it to him 3 times and he still got it wrong,I'm glad we checked it,the other had to fixed it,but didn't adjust the price which is fine bc it would be more,she didn't give me my receipt I like to do the surveys

Ordered online and stated I wanted to pick up inside...when we arrived the outside lights were off so my husband went to the door (it was locked) someone inside came to the door and advised we needed to go to the drive thru and pushed my husband from the doorway (he was trying to tell him we said we wanted to go inside and pick it up) the "employee" who didn't have a Zaxby's shirt on pushed my husband and hollered get in line we are closed.
Not a good way to treat your customers!
Time to find somewhere else to eat!!

Very disappointing from start to finish. Upon arriving the heat hit us upon entering. Even the cashier whom we placed our order was fanning herself. I asked was their AC broke, and she stated she didn’t know what was going on but she was hot also. We should have left then but opted to stay. Placed ordered and went to restroom to wash my hands. The floor was ridiculous, I was unable to take steps without slipping and sliding all about.
Moving forward, the food was an absolute disaster. The salad I ordered was barely identifiable. Nothing like I was accustomed to from Zaxbys! The toppings were a disgraced and overall the salad was inedible, and seemed very lackluster! The dining room lacked cleanliness as well. $40 bucks wasted and will not return!

Place is really taking a bad turn, watched (6) cars have to pull up at the drive through. Employees just walking around on their phones like it’s no big deal. Multiple orders were wrong. Managers just need to get more involved with their employees.

This has happened in numerous of times and I am absolutely done with it it is the last time!!! Dealing with Zaxby's drive-thru in Florence South Carolina on irby Street!! I was in the drive thru line maybe 10 minutes BEFORE THEY CLOSED. Myself and maybe five other vehicles have been waiting in line for 10-15minutes!!! After the white female in the vehicle in front of me orders. I was elated because like I said this has happened to me numerous of times so as I proceeded to drive to the microphone this woman comes out and tell me we're out of food we're closed thank you have a good night!! Not only did you miss out on making profit...There is a better way to go about closing your drive-thru down!! Instead of letting me are anyone else for that matter waste their time energy and gas sitting in a Drive-Thru line where they're not going to be served and the employees inside know they will not be served after a certain time...that is absolutely ridiculous!!! I had wasted time money and gas in this situation. Instead of your customers that you should value a wasting their money time and gas. You should want to find a solution to those issues for your customers that make you money!! Any idiot with a brain that is working for you guys should be able to come up with a plan such as... sending an employee outside when you're about to close down the drive-thru and have an employee put a sign behind the last car that will be served!! Oh hey look at that one of your customers came up with an easy solution that can fix your problem inconvenience your customers that you should value!!
