This has happened in numerous of times and I am absolutely done with it it is the last time!!! Dealing with Zaxby's drive-thru in Florence South Carolina on irby Street!! I was in the drive thru line maybe 10 minutes BEFORE THEY CLOSED. Myself and maybe five other vehicles have been waiting in line for 10-15minutes!!! After the white female in the vehicle in front of me orders. I was elated because like I said this has happened to me numerous of times so as I proceeded to drive to the microphone this woman comes out and tell me we're out of food we're closed thank you have a good night!! Not only did you miss out on making profit...There is a better way to go about closing your drive-thru down!! Instead of letting me are anyone else for that matter waste their time energy and gas sitting in a Drive-Thru line where they're not going to be served and the employees inside know they will not be served after a certain time...that is absolutely ridiculous!!! I had wasted time money and gas in this situation. Instead of your customers that you should value a wasting their money time and gas. You should want to find a solution to those issues for your customers that make you money!! Any idiot with a brain that is working for you guys should be able to come up with a plan such as... sending an employee outside when you're about to close down the drive-thru and have an employee put a sign behind the last car that will be served!! Oh hey look at that one of your customers came up with an easy solution that can fix your problem inconvenience your customers that you should value!!

The cashier at the drive-thru window shorted me a couple dollars when she handed me my change. I stayed at the window with the incorrect change in my hand for a moment and looked back at her. She opened the window and asked me to hand her the receipt, which I did. She opened the cash register, got out the correct missing amount and handed it to me without a word, without making eye contact, and closed the window. I wish I thought it was an honest mistake....

Without fail, every single time I come to this location, their toast is either burnt or the nibblerz meal bread is burnt. Picture attached for reference. I don't know if it's just the cook back there or the toaster that needs to be replaced. But when I go to the Zaxby's on Evans St., I never run into this problem. But every week I come to this location, it's always the bread that is burnt. I would not give this out to anyone that I wouldn't eat myself just ridiculous. I didn't want to take it to the review but this has to be fixed because management doesn't seem to notice this issue with their toasters or cooks, which ever one is the issue... but I believe corporate should visit this location because things like this will drown a business if it is not stopped if DHEC find out about it. But anyways, If anyone is looking to eat at this location, I just pray your toast isn't as burnt as mine always is. So long for wasting my money, service was not the best either. Sound unprofessional when greeted.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. The lady at the window asked me over and over what I said instead of listening. Also kept laughing and being obnoxious. I can see why the line was backed way up. Then my order is wrong. I'm not suprised.

We stopped at Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings and placed our order. Our meal was served hot and made with flavored. Our wait time was short. This restaurant was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. This restaurant offers dine-in services, a driver-thru and has plenty of parking spaces available.

I stop almost every Thursday on my way home. I live In Hemingway SC about 50 miles away. I always get 2 grilled house salads. Tonight I stopped but only got one salad.when I got home no chicken in my salad so l paid 9.49 10.45 with tax for a plain salad. So I called they put me on hold for 16 minutes I just hung up I am very disappointed this is no way to treat a customer. Kathy
