Ordered a 6 finger plate got 5. Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to bother to take my order. Taking an order shouldn’t be a monumental task.

We were so disappointed with our order this evening (7/13/25). This Zaxby is our go to place for dinner during our frequent stays at a nearby hotel. The Cobb salad this time was missing the egg, acacado, bacon and blue cheese. Also no toast. The Asian salad also was missing many components. We had carry out, so it was not convenient to address our concern in person. I believe we will need to find another place for a meal. Very good in the past, but today was very poor.

Dirty: Tables not cleaned. Bathrooms dirty. Trash cans overflowing. Slow service. Staff moving slowly. Food ready in window and they let it sit there.

I ordered a signature chicken sandwich well before 9:30pm, but fries were hot. Not a good combo..

I want to thank Annette for her attentive service with that being said I went to the locationto order dood because the aroma coming from the outside was so inviting however when we walked in it smelled stale like used mop water so I just order3d aa milkshake. There was a customer that came after me and he received his meal before I received my milkshake and Annette was attentive and asked if I had my milkshake yet when I told her no she immediately made it for me and apologized for it not bring made sooner
