Food was okay. Service was terrible, we waited about 20-25 minutes for our order and they really weren't that busy. Noticed an employee in the production area, where your food is prepared, chewing gum and drinking. No health sanitation grade posted. Trash cans overflowing. Dining room not that clean. So, bottom line, if you want chicken, pick a different Zaxbys or another chicken restaurant.

The woman who took our order was nice and accommodating, she was very busy and working hard. She was not getting the support she needed from others, which was apparent. She even filled the soda machine with the drink we wanted while taking and packing orders. Food was good!

Let me start by saying the bathrooms are disgusting. We were traveling to Myrtle Beach and stopped at this location because it was on th e main strip. The women's bathroom had water all over the floor. I should have left out then but we were hungry. My daughter ordered in the drive thru. When I got my lemon pepper fingers they were totally disgusting and small. The bread was soggy and the fries were cold. My daughter had CHICKEN BONE in her box. We would have taken the food back but we were on the Highway and didn't wanna turn around because it was late. Needless to say my grandchildren ate but my daughter and I trashed our food. I WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS ZAXBY'S AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

We were so disappointed with our order this evening (7/13/25). This Zaxby is our go to place for dinner during our frequent stays at a nearby hotel. The Cobb salad this time was missing the egg, acacado, bacon and blue cheese. Also no toast. The Asian salad also was missing many components. We had carry out, so it was not convenient to address our concern in person. I believe we will need to find another place for a meal. Very good in the past, but today was very poor.
