This place is an absolute grand slam when it comes to Italian. You can tell the pasta is homemade and everything is done the right way. Many other italian places could learn a thing or two observing what these guys do. The pasta and garlic bread out of this world! Highly recommend. Just wish it was closer to home because I want more.

We had an fabulous dinner. The home made pastas and sauces were delicious as was the paining.
We came back for brunch and it was amazing. The cheese frittata was my favorite.

Went in for lunch today.was not overly busy.i ordered before a few people and got served last.ok maybe. Chicken parm sammi. Flavor was ok. Unfortunately it was ice cold. I'll give it one more try before I make any real judgements.
Update.oct 4, went for dinner. Portions are good.service ok. Alfredo sauce was flavorless. Meal does not come with any bread.
I dont reccommend alfredos for lunch or dinner

When we ate at Alfredo’s we had a very pleasant experience. We got the tomato basil sauce, the carbonara sauce and the almond arugula pesto with different noodles. Everything was spectacular and the service was great! The only thing I wish was different was that I had more food :)! I would say this food is better than “authentic Italian”.

I’m not normally the type of person to leave a review, but this place seriously deserves it. I heard about this restaurant originally on social media. The girl was raving about how amazing this place is. I agree entirely. I have nothing negative to say about it. It’s right on Folly Beach and is a hidden gem. The service is unbelievable, everyone is so nice and helpful! Everything is made fresh in the Restaurant, but it is still really affordable! And you can’t go wrong with anything you order, it’s all amazing! When I come back to Charleston, this is going to be my first stop!!

A friend told me about Alfredo’s a few months ago and I’ve been a consistent customer since then! This place is absolutely incredible and I can’t recommend it enough! The pasta is made in-house, the food is delicious, and the staff is amazing! I definitely recommend the chicken parm panini, but all of the pasta and other dishes are fabulous, too.
