I went in with 2 friends on Saturday. The service removed the food menu next to the cash register right after we walked in and right in front of us. We asked about the food menu and they said they stop serving at 1:30. It was 1:32 so I asked if they'd be willing to make the bowls for us. They said no. We were the only ones there. The service seemed rude to all of us so we left.

The staff were so sweet, they really make you feel like a local and provided great recommendations. I always support small businesses and this is why, you don’t get the kind of food or service they provide. The kitchen crew really knows and cares about what they’re making. Dead low is by far the best coffee shop on folly. The coffee is top notch the food is awesome, and Sadie and steph always greet you with a warm smile and make pretty latte art in my cup. I love the brown sugar cinnamon latte.
