The hours are incorrect online (and, I think on the door too?), and when called, they stated they were open, but didn't indicate that only the Center Street Coffee side was open (which is connected to Dolce Banana). Even when inquiring about the bubble tea that ONLY the Dolce Banana side offered, they stated they were open. Plot twist, they were in fact, not open, and the Center Street Coffee side did not offer the bubble tea.
All in all, not a huge deal, but maybe there should be some consistency in open/close times on the website/google and the storefront.
Sidenote: When I initially went to the coffee shop to inquire about the bubble tea, I bought a vegan cinnamon roll that was over $11 with a 20% tip. I know we're living through some pretty wicked inflation, but that seems a bit steep.

Poorly set up to handle lines with two completely different products that doesn’t make sense to combine self serve with waiting for someone to scoop ice cream. Service is incredibly slow. Low quality expensive frozen yogurt and ice cream.

Ridiculously overpriced. The ice cream itself was fine. We got a small scoop in a sugar cone. It was smaller than a kiddie cone scoop, probably the smallest scoop of ice cream I have ever seen. After tax, it cost $9.65, before tip! What!?! I will never shop here again.

We usually pop in here while in town- the kids like being able to make their own creations, lots of options. Always very busy and staff is overwhelmed with customers so there really isn’t much service until you get to the front of the line or pay for your item. Will give samples if asked. The espresso milkshake is absolutely my favorite item ?

Our experience at Dolce Banana Cafe was a bit mixed. The cafe itself was incredibly dirty and grimy, which made it feel quite unwelcoming. It was evident that they were understaffed; both times we visited, there were only two workers handling everything.
The line was quite long, taking about 15-20 minutes to get through depending on the time of day. Adding to the chaos, some customers getting self-serve frozen yogurt tried to skip into the line, which further slowed things down.
I don't blame the workers at all—they were very sweet and clearly doing their best under the circumstances. However, the cafe felt mismanaged and could benefit from more supervision, especially during busy periods like the Fourth of July week.
On a positive note, the ice cream was very delicious. I particularly recommend the salted caramel nut flavor. Nevertheless, Dolce Banana Cafe needs to address its cleanliness and operational issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Cute little place, customer service and portions are really good. Little more seating could really make this place boom.

Worst smoothie ever. They charge you for the smoothie before you see them make it. It’s a cup of ice mixed with artificial sweeteners. No fruit (fresh or frozen) actually in it.
