We had an awesome seafood experience at The Crab Shack! The snow crab legs were perfectly seasoned and piled high — sweet, meaty, and cooked just right. The oysters were fresh and flavorful, and the drawn butter and saltines made it the perfect Southern-style feast. You can’t beat the relaxed beach vibe, friendly service, and great portions for the price. If you’re in Folly Beach and craving seafood, this is the spot!

The food was decent. Service considering there were only 3 parties of 3 ppl in the restaurant was less than average. The restaurant was not clean, tables were sticky, doors were disgusting, looks like no one has cared about cleaning or maintaining anything for a long time. It has so much potential.

Just got into Folly Beach from Ohio, in the car 10+ hours, didn’t feel like cooking, so I ordered take out, grilled seafood platter, it was delicious! Not sorry I came here, I am sorry that I forgot to order dessert! I will be coming back.

Had the fried shrimp and flounder with new potatoes and coleslaw. The food came to the table hot. The flavor was amazing incredible. The fish and shrimp was fried to perfection and not overly battered and fried hard. Our server was on it. Had a great time.

I found this place to be my favorite place to dine on Folly Beach. The drinks were terrific. The live music was the best I heard in a week on the beach. The service was fast, attentive and truly friendly. The meal itself was a wonderful seafood medley that included shrimp,crab,mussels,alligator and scallops. The sides were nearly as good and the price was more than fair. It is a must visit and I will return. As Always, Enjoy!

Ordered a $14 bloody mary that came in a cheap small plastic cup that was worth about $5. My girlfriend ordered a cheeseburger with the patty being black and burned as a hockey puck and they tried covering it up with extra cheese. Paid for my awful bloody mary and one beer and went down the street for a great meal at Rita's. Don't waste your time eating here. Sucks...
