The in house entertainment was top notch, guy was killing it! The drinks were delicious, and the queso, salsa, and guacamole with house made tortilla chips was great. The tacos, lemme tell you, I make a great Americano taco. I have been put to shame, that was probably the best Americano I've had. The shrimp taco was good, and the fried chicken taco as well.Only thing, the one and only thing I didnt enjoy was the cilantro, and I can't help that. Honestly I didnt even think to ask if it could be removed so thats my problem really. Also, it does list ingredients and tells you whats in the taco so you know basically what you are getting. The staff was great as well, kept us topped off and the water for the table full. 10/10Vegetarian options: They had several dishes labeled for vegetarians and vegans.

Lots of great food options in Folly Beach but you can’t go wrong with Taco Boy. The tequila cocktail options were fantastic. We had a healing order of chips with a deliciously fresh salsa. We had a variety of tacos- some on flour tortillas some corn and they were all fresh and delicious! This restaurant is directly across the parking lot from the pier so it’s a great place tot take a break from the sun and surf and grab a bite to eat!

This is by far the coolest Taco Boy location. With by far the worst service and food of all 3 locations. I’ve eaten here a few times and I’ve yet to be satisfied by the sub par service they offer. Today we sat at the bar at 2pm on a Monday and waited 15minutes, the bartender didn’t acknowledge us. So we got up and left. There were 5 other people sitting at the bar and they were not busy.

Visited from Canada and stayed at an Airbnb that was right beside Taco Boy. So guess where our first stop was? The food and drinks were amazing and the atmosphere couldn't have been better. If we ever make it back to Folly we will return.

Very busy night and had to wait for seating, which is understandable and perfectly fine. Atmosphere was fun, food was very good and the service was excellent ... especially for a full restaurant. Definitely worth the wait! Hope to visit again someday since we were on vacation and live 8 hours away. A highlight of our trip.

Save yourself the time. If you want some good tacos go to white duck taco in mount pleasant. This place use to be good but now it’s nothing more than a tourist trap. The cool building is definitely the only reason they get business. I wish they’d put something else here. The food is meh use to be good years ago. They literally never have anything thats on their menu. Who does the inventory here? And half the time the staff seems so overwhelmed but trying. Does this place have any sort of management? I tried to speak to a manager but was told they don’t come in until later?? How does a restaurant open with no manager? Seriously save your money and go somewhere worth it. There are soooo many good food places in Charleston.

The meal we received lacked all the toppings and sides, leaving us with just meat and a taco shell. When we requested a fix, the staff responded rudely and defensively. It took two attempts before our order was partially correct. One staff member even stated "she couldn't deal with us." After an hour, our food remained incorrect and had gone cold. No refund or compensation was offered. This entire experience left us deeply disappointed, and we won't be returning.
