Such a disappointment. No one enjoyed their food. We figured there was no point in complaining if they were willing to serve cold food to dine in guest. We had 2 classic roast beef and 1 chicken sandwich with 3 orders of curly fries. Nothing was fresh, and cold rubbery curly fries are just the worst. Day before Thanksgiving, and we are hoping no one gets food poisoning. It was that bad. Save yourself and your money.
Waited... waited... no one walked to the counter. A girl was there before me and she said she had been waiting for a very long time with no one acknowledging she was there. She left, I waited... some kid plugged his phone in and got on his phone for a few minutes and never saw me.... Not a good look.

I waited forever at drive through with three other cars in front of me for 2 reg roast beef sand an order of potato cakes then my order was just barely warm. With all the reviews of poor service would think someone would approach this problem going to keep losing business if something doesn’t change.

As one of the other reviews said, the food was not edible. I have never once had an Arby’s sandwich that was made like this, but it was absolutely horrible and I ended up throwing up. There was pink in the middle of the roast beef and the roast beef wasn’t even sliced correctly. I could only eat the fries and even those were cold. Spent 20 dollars here Between myself and my daughter, and it was a complete waste of money.
Took a long time to get my order and I didn't order much me and my co-worker was on our lunch break but the supervisor was nice
