I am not a regular Arby’s customer because of the location, but yesterday I wanted a fish sandwich and decided to try it. It was very good! All my food was fresh and the e service was great.

How do you forget to put sauce in bag. I get home no arbys sauce. I call manger he says come back he will make it fresh brings me two sandwiches after having to drive all the way back. Fries are home getting cold why would anyone eat hot sandwiches with cold fries took 10 minutes to get home took 10 minutes to drive back them another 10 minutes back home fries are going to be ice cold !!! Like this didn’t make any sense. Why make the order correct if you’re not going to give fresh hot fries with the hot sandwiches??
The food and service are always good, but the prices are higher. I guess because they have the meat.

The food was not editable. A complete waste of money. We had to wait about 15 minutes, I'm sure they are understaffed but I spent $40 dollars here and we were only able to eat the fries. and even those didnt taste good.

Fries not dropped long enough and chicken was cold like they took it out of the microwave to early. Manager looked like he didn't have good help. Really sad...this Arby's in Fort Mill needs to be rescheduled.

Ordered a double roast beef and cheddar at the drive thru. When I got to the window, I was asked if I wanted any sauce, and I said Arby’s sauce. Got home and opened my bag, not only was there no Arby’s sauce in it, but my sandwich was drier than the Mohave Desert, also with NO ARBY’S Sauxe

I ordered one of the most common items they sell. Roast beef with chedar. No chedar on the sandwitch. They robbed me of however much the 4 piece of mozzarella sticks are. (Never got them) I'm giving up on fast food for a few years until they come out with robotics that can do a better job than a human unfortunately.

Fries were Luke warm at best and sandwich was straight up cold. maybe they’re telepathic and knew I was coming weeks ago and had my food ready since then. Only explanation.Gave the atmosphere a 2 instead of a 1 cause I didn’t go inside.

In general while I like Arbys and have eaten at many this one Is different it does not carry the full menu an none of the seasonal specials. This shop is the new fast food model, small and serves its base, no frills, minimum customer
