The energy as soon as I walked in was positive. This location is the best IV been to. It's clean, friendly employees and the food was hot and fresh on top of being fast. The manager Tomas Imler was amazing.

Came in for lunch,waited for 10 minutes at the counter with no one in the store at all Workers were in the back on cell phones just hanging out Finally when the girl comes to the counter she was about as friendly as a pit viper.I ordered my food, which seems to be an inconvenience for her.Then when asked about a drink I asked for a medium.Never got the drink and when I asked about it she told me I never ordered a drink. So, I went ahead and paid for a drink separately. Then when my order was supposed to be ready they told me they had no chicken. I will never be back here
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Bojangles location. We arrived at the drive-thru at 9:40 PM to pick up our online orders, only to be met with extreme rudeness from the employee at the window. Despite the posted closing time being 10:00 PM, she rudely told us, “We’re closed,” with no explanation.
We had placed three separate online orders ahead of time, and instead of helping us, she gave us a nasty attitude and refused to provide any assistance. When we asked about getting a refund, she dismissively told us we’d have to “call tomorrow,” leaving us without food or our money. This is completely unacceptable customer service.
If this location can’t honor its posted hours or fulfill paid online orders, they shouldn’t be accepting them. The unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy from the staff were beyond frustrating. I won’t be returning, and I highly recommend avoiding this location if you expect decent service.

Walked in 12:50PM for a quick lunch, only 3 customers seated at one table, one customer receiving his to-go order as I walked up. Employee handed that customer his food and turned away from me and went to the back; another employee walked up with an order, calling out the order as he walked up. No one responded and he turned and went to the back; Two different employees walked up, said something about aforementioned order then they both disappeared to the back. Not one time did any employee even acknowledge my presence, much less ask how they could serve me! Needless to say, I turned around and walked out!
