Order was all wrong sweet potato pie cold I ask for sweet tea they gave meu sweet barely no fries this place is a scam and rip off

Went through drive thru waited for order for a little bit. Get drinks one is wrong size and wrong drink. When I asked for them to fix it they still gave me wrong size. If you Bo size a meal it should not be smalls. The chicken they gave me seemed like it was sitting for hours. So hard and dry. Seemed like the people working inside just hanging out and not doing their jobs. First bad experience at this location hope it doesn’t turn into a shit show like it was today.

3/21 my biscuits was thin no fluffy at all could have just gave me bacon egg and cheese also my Bo rounds was soggy cooked this my last straw for this location it’s a shame I have to go to order locations for better portions for my food when this is nearest Bojangles from my house

Went inside to pick up my mobile order and ate in my car in the parking lot. Got fries with my meal... they said they were out of ketchup. Seriously? Came in to get a refill for my tea and they refused to let me get one. The Chick-Fil-A across the street will literally hold the door open for me and ask if I want more ice when I get a refill after eating inside my car in the parking lot. No wonder why they get so many negative reviews. I see why.
Update (2/26/25) Got a Door Dash order from here with items missing. How in the hell is this place still in business? The workers here don't care about their job. I am never ordering from here again.

This place is Horrible!!!!! February 16 at 8:33 PM standing in line inside No one asked can I help you can I take your order. I asked the lady with glasses and braids maybe the manager is someone taking orders. She proceeded to write stuff down saying someone Is coming. And I waited no one came people are working there but no one came so I left

My chicken tastes like it had been put back inside the deep fryer to be heated up. It was cold and very dark. I say cold because my dirty rice and pinto beans were still steaming hot.
The fry man in kitchen sure knows what he's doing from fryers to marinating chicken to flat top grill kudos to you!

They didn't give me a biscuit with my meal. When I asked for a bag for my food, I was handed my food in the box and a bag for me to put it in. First time at this location, I won't be back. There is zero customer service at this location.

Went inside to order the 12 piece meal. Manger there very rude .had to wait for chicken to cook almost 30 minutes of waiting ✋️ had to check my order didn't have all the things in there the guy waiting on me kept saying it is all there had to show him items we're missing showed him my receipt then he got the rest of my order Sadly my rice,slaw not completely full was told they were out have to make more won't be back to this location

How hard is it to get an order correct when you only have 2 customers in line and not busy at all, also the order was very basic and no customization.
