Fast stop of the highway for breakfast. Cashier was very friendly and food came out fresh and fast.
Sign on door said open till 10 pm and so did Google but the door was locked at 9 pm. Went through drive through the guy taking our order was very rude and yelled through the mic. I asked him to turn his mic down because I couldn't understand what he was saying he rudely told me to pull around. I just left not spending my money someplace that acts like Im an inconvenience

I had placed an order 35 minutes before arriving and when I got there and said I was here for my curbside order. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody brought my order. I had to pull up into the drive-through and they gave me my order it had been sitting there ready that the food was cold terrible service.

Good food, but about 35 minutes ago; I encountered a young lady at the drive thru with an impatient attitude. To her credit, I was distracted by a phone call about my daughter's medical emergency at the time of my order pickup. Still, this young lady was either having a bad morning or she lacks the emotional maturity in which to professionally deal with the public. Either way, I didn't appreciate her condescending tone or the smug facial expression she gave me at the drive thru. I didn't get her name. She's a young African American female in her teens or early 20s; and she was working the Sunday morning shift at around 10:30 am 9/28/2025. I'm a regular at this Bojangles location due to the fact that I live about 5 minutes away. I've never had an issue at this particular location in 5 years until today. Hopefully, staff takes this review seriously because what happened today is the type of nonsense that drives away customers. Do better Bojangles; thanks!!!

I had a really great dine-in experience. A young lady waited on me and my son. Her name is Sky Young (hope i spelled it right). She was really friendly and her customer service was excellent. She gave some recommendations and the food was delicious! My 10 year old son insisted we come there and I'm so glad I did! SHOUT TO SKY FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We'll be back again!
