My experience was not the best. They were out of complimentary ketchup but we still had to pay 49 cents for honey mustard. My biscuit was missing cheese and the front employee was rude. I’m so disappointed!

I ordered 2 chicken thighs. They were hot and big. But needed seasoning. We ate in as we said we were but were not given plates. It made quite a mess of the table. Probably would not do this again.

Waited for 20 min and they just ignored the indoor counter to order. Appeared to only have 2 employees running the entire restaurant.

Awful. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was told there was a two minute wait... almost 15 minutes later, I had a sandwich. Ordered the sandwich with extra pickles, sandwich had no pickles on it. Rubbery texture to the chicken as well. I was lucky enough to get the tomato stem, though!

Disappointed, the worker at the window, insisted that I ordered something I did not. I spoke with a person, gave my order and the worker didn’t believe us. She then charged me for both orders and was visibly bothered that I asked for a receipt showing a refund. She still gave me the wrong order and charged me the wrong amount. I went inside and got the right order. I guess yall can keep the difference. Thanks not coming back.

I went to this location yesterday 2/27/25 around 2-2:30 to try the new CHICKEN and WAFFLE sandwich.... The waffles were as hard as bricks, I ended up just eating the chicken filet....DON'T SERVE FOOD THAT YOU WOULDN'T EAT YOURSELF
