Would give a negative stars if possible. Here’s why: ordered a dine-in 3 piece supreme combo. Season fries were cold and bland. The (fresh) supremes were over cooked. I went to the counter to ask for a refund, and when the manager on duty came to assist me, she declined a refund because I “already ate half of the food”. No offer to correct
the food, nothing.
Visit was 8/15 around 1:40 pm (carowinds blvd location)

12 piece family meal comes with 1 chicken breast and all wings and legs to complete order. I did not receive any biscuits and warm tea. The front server was more focused on her phone than customer service.

Everytime I drive thru to get a family meal after work (6:20 pm) there were no breasts or thighs? And the kid asked if i wanted to substitute wings for my breasts??What's up with that ample employees. So waited till 7:15 to get my breasts and thighs. Then had to go in for items that I was not given be sure to check your order before leaving. I can't understand why a chicken place doesn't have chicken. Close the store if you are out of chicken. I seriously doubt thatafter being disappointed again.

Gave me the wrong drink, no sauce, and I was missing a whole entire leg. I would have more empathy if they were overwhelmed but I was the only person there and a robot took my order.

I Would like to personally thank Rudy this morning he seen me walk in and met me at the cash register politely helped and i was in and out in under 3 minutes you can tell his spirit and good energy is helping the overall flow at this location thank you sir!

The food was terrible. The chicken was so hard, as if it was made earlier in the day and was just sitting there. The Cajun chicken sandwich was hard and could barely be cut in half. We ordered food to go and together we spend almost $100. It was very disappointing

A robot took my order for the first time. No problems, however the robot didn't tell me the business was about to close and I couldn't get one of my items due to already shutdown. The staff took care of me no problem for 2/3 items.

Food was great. I just hate when customers order 20 biscuits early in the morning. They should call ahead of time they have others waiting for 30 minutes.

It's hit or miss with them. One day the food is on point. Nice and hot and fresh. Then you come another day and they give you old chicken and fries. Just tonight they didn't even give me ANY biscuits with my family meal. Mind you I paid almost 50 dollars for my food.
The biscuit was hot and fresh and the fries were hot and fresh. The chicken was cold hard and dry. When I asked if they had any fresh chicken they said no and weren't dropping any.

Very understaffed and most of the people who work here are miserable. One employees hygiene is disgusting. This has been going on for awhile and I’ve finally needed to say something with hopes management sees this and corrects it
