Came in waited 10 mins and no one took our. Several of the employees looked at us and kept playing and talking like we weren't there. A guy was about to walk out, I asked for a manager and the guy that came out the back was one of the people that looked at us but didn't bother to say anything. I asked for the store number he then offered to take our order. I declined. This location is store number 941.

I usually come to this Bojangles for biscuits and Mac&cheese but yesterday the biscuits were okay, but the macanscheese was pretty bad, it had some pieces of French fries(I have never ordered French fries at any Bojangles) and had some other pieces of things that I dont know what they are, I moved them apart and ate it but is a bad experience and personally makes me to not want to go back, guy at the window was good.

The staff is always nice. But on average and including today, waited 20 minutes for old rice and cold fries. It’s pretty clear that the rice and the fries were sitting out for a while.Vegetarian options: You can get french fries and mashed potatoes. Along with the sweet potato pie and that’s about it.

I most say the quality of the food at this location redeemed Bojangles for me. The locations in the Hampton Rds area are absolutely touch and go. When visiting down here I ordered a wing dinner and it was made to order. Came back before departing back up north and was disappointed when I tried to order 2 wing dinners and they were out of many of chicken items so only ordered fries. The young lady who took my order was very apologetic, apologies multiple times fries were delicious

Got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and let me tell you! The grilled chicken sandwich and fries were hot and delicious! The grilled chicken sandwich at Bojangles is the only healthy thing on the menu. Why did they take away my roasted chicken bites. I miss them!

Nice clean looking dining area except the drink station. Food was old and had to be thrown out. I waited 15 minutes for fresh food but it wasn't good either. Maybe the oil was old and chicken was pink inside. The supervisor was apologetic. Just went on home and did a pb and honey.

I have a bojangles 2 minutes from the house and I like to go to this town almost 20 minutes away but without a doubt the chicken is very delicious at its very point, not raw and fresh.In addition, they provide you with their respective plates, glasses and cutlery, very well cared for.There have been 2 occasions when the service is not very good, they gave me my order of raw biscuits and the smallest chicken wings that could exist. Maybe the staff is no longer the same
