Never has any food, terrible customer service. Burnt food or not cooked enough.

The cashier looked hungover and unshowered. The person behind the counter was having a. It of a crisis and was verbalizing his frustration where customers could hear. Rather than looking at the orders and receipts, he asked each person what they were waiting on. He took a walk outside while no one was manning the front counter. Clearly employee morale is at a low at best. Dining room and bathroom were messy and unstocked.

The restroom, particularly the men’s restroom was absolutely horrible to the point where I almost lost my appetite. I don’t understand how people do not keep the bathrooms, clean !! Tables not wiped down!! Floors not vacuumed , especially when you’re working in fast food!!! that’s the easiest task that does not require any real skills and besides my dirty rice, being cold !!! and my chicken tenders being lukewarm and the biscuit being just, OK I am not satisfied!!!

Possibly some of the worst service I’ve ever seen at this Bojangles in years. First of all they added AI ordering, that isn’t very efficient and refuses to add on items that you request. I then go to the window and ask if I can add on a side of green beans Because the AI ordering system was not registering it. Instead of simply adding it to my order, they told me I would have to drive around again and re-order it through their long line which I already sat in for for 10 minutes. After he gave me food I reminded him that I also ordered a sweet tea because they looked at me with a blank stare. I then noticed that they gave me entirely the wrong order. So they took the food they gave me back and told me to go wait in one of the parking spots. After 20 minutes of waiting For my food, they sent a lady out to ask me what I was waiting for. I let her know it was simply just a sandwich and an order of fries. And she mention that they sent her out there because they didn’t know what I was waiting on. The only positive thing I can say in this review is that they did give me my side order of green beans for free. But this is quite possibly the most unorganized Bojangles I’ve ever been to. All of the employees look at you like you’re stupid whenever you’re just trying to order your food and go Home and then forget to even bring out your food. Not a single person looked happy to be there, and they were all scrambling around in the kitchen, looking at each other for what to do When they give you the wrong order

Speechless spectator crew everyone was so amazing their communication skills getting customers out fast. I will definitely be coming back here again

The manager that was working was amazing even though he was the only person on front he was able to take care of us and 20+ customers in drive-thru and front. I cannot explain how well mannered and polite he is.

I was just amazed by my first run in with AI order taking at Bojangles. Flawless understanding of my order. However, it all went downhill from there. At the window they charged me for my order then asked me to pull forward, I am assuming that they did not have one of the items ready so no big deal. After what seemed like an eternity we received our order. Upon checking the order before I left I noticed that they did not have one of the small fries that I ordered in the bag. I went inside to ask for my fries and was greeted with many sad angry faces waiting for their food at the counter area. They ignored me for a minute or two and finally the girl that brought my order out asked me what I needed.
ok so I get home and think all is good and now I can eat, I look in the box at my Supremes and well you can see for yourself in the picture. completely overcooked and hard. Also notice the biscuit, some foreign matter cooked into the bottom of the biscuit. looks like they did not clean the baking pan before they cooked this biscuit. Fries were soggy and greasy and to top it off they did not put the dipping sauce in the box. I know that they were given instruction on what dipping sauce because it was on the order menu as I told the AI order taker.
I usually don't eat Bojangles, in fact I have lived in this area for more than 20 years and this Bojangles has been here the whole time. Over the years I have eaten there probably 10 times and I can say each time I go I end up wondering why. I just can't believe that Bojangles corporate still allows this place to operate, it's got to be the worst Bojangles of them all when it comes to employee attitude and quality of food.

In this particular instance they got my order correct, but every other time I go they leave things out. I used to work in fast food and know how fast-paced the drive-thru can be, but it takes just a moment to confirm the order before it goes out the window. The customer shouldn't have to pull up and check before leaving the property, and that's what we have to do each time.
