The last 3 times I've come through the drive through I've had to wait at least 20 min for my food. I'm not even ordering alot, like 2 sometimes 3 combos. And it's around 6pm so reg dinner time when stuff should be ready.

I ordered a bo size #10 with bacon, lettuce and cheese. They gave me a BLT, when I was talking to the lady to fix my order at the window, she shut the door on me. I only got a bo size for the extra fries and then they don’t have honey mustard. They also offered me a Bo berry biscuit just to tell me I had to wait 10 min for one. Just go to Popeyes, it’s right down the road.

The food was hard,old, cold, mushy( the dirty rice looked like oatmeal), and it was just nasty.... Customer service,and sanitize wasn't on point either.They need to stop using their phones,and stop having their phones in their hands while serving customers(ewwwwwww) It was so many men employees standing around,I never seen anyone cook fresh food,or wash their hands,it was even one laying across the counter on his phone,he also went to get the medal tea container holding his phone, talking loud,and not working.
It's a No for me, never for me again

I ordered a supremes combo with fries and 2 bo berry biscuits with extra icing. My fries were hard and cold and my bo berry biscuits didn't have any icing. The store wasn't busy at all and you send food out that's horrible. I don't get it when the store is slow and you can't get the food right! I will not return to this bojangles. Pitiful!

This has to be the absolute worst Bojangles ever. I been there 3 separate times in 3 different months and the Supremes still the same, hard as a brick and disgusting where you can break a tooth trying to bite into. I mean I don’t mind they been sitting a little, but the employees should know if they been siting entirely too long to sell to customers, I mean come on. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back 2 other months and still the same. I typically don’t leave reviews, but something has to be done. I’m never going back, but make it better for the next person. Please don’t let anyone else experience this.
Only person in drive thru line; got an extremely overcooked crunchy biscuit and a RAW piece of sausage. Worst Bojangles biscuit I've ever had
