Just left after watching 2 employees come out of bathroom and not washed their hands, the bathroom clearly needed attention, the employees knew it and did nothing. Not the cleanest place. We did not eat after they did not wash their hands

Took 30+ minutes to get me food in the drive through, there were like 5 cars in line. I saw two male employees through the back door just talking and not working at all. I thought this was FAST food, I could’ve gone to super Chix and got a higher quality item for half the time amount. Teen workers need to be checked because they’re slacking.

Hands down, it is the WORST $32 my family has ever spent on a fast food meal. The biscuits tasted like brittle leftovers slapped with butter in a futile attempt to make them edible. The excessive butter made them salty, and they somehow were burnt? But they disintegrated with a single touch. The sausage patty resembled the bottom sole of a leather sandal, with the greyness of death. As the picture shows, the Bo rounds were filled with warm oatmeal-like filling. The environment was unwelcoming; rather than feeling like guests, we felt like beggars, like our order was more of a nuisance.

I waited 40 minutes just for cold food, and this isn’t the first or third it’s happened. That should say a lot.

Was clearly training a few people but was still very helpful and nice!
Did mess up my sandwich and happily fixed it and they actually listened to my no icing request on the biscuits!! Other locations have always either ignored me or gave me the wrong order and I end up with icing or extra icing

If you haven't tried them yet the bo bites are amazing. I also love the supreme meal. Food is always fresh, especially those fries, and depending on the location you either get one of those AI's at the drive through but the visit is always completed with a nice human touch at the end. Gotta go to Bo's
We just moved here and this bojangles SUCKS!!! Fries are always cold and stale and with WAY too much seasoning, you can tell they're trying to cover up how bad it is. The window takes FOREVER. The rating is currently at 3 star and they are not doing anything to change it clearly. I'll be traveling to NC for better bojangles.

Sorry bit ot is dirty. I purchased cole slaw only .I Was skeptical due to the cleanliness of the restaurant. Years ago it was better and clean and I would order chicken but nope not now. Please raise pay so people will come in care. Low wages and some dolls I am sure just do not care .Give employees and incentive to come to work and care.

Thought I’d give them another chance but no more. Ordered the supremes meal. The tenders were very small, dry and way overcooked. Almost like they were cooked and under a heat lamp for hours. Fries the same. Biscuit was undercooked. Absolutely terrible and could not eat any of it. Unfortunately, this is starting to become the norm for most of Bojangles locations. I have yet to go to one that measures up to what it used to be years ago.
