Went to drive through at around 8:15 pm ordered chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. The crew gabbing and playing around inside the drive thru window. We were then told it would be 10 minutes before we could get the chicken sandwich. We opted to wait for it. Got it was like warm and very fatty and stringy. I would NOT recommend this place.

So, the food was ok but even my daughter said before I got to the window(she’s 8) “she doesn’t sound happy”. Fast forward to window and the young lady has the worst why are you here face? I hand my card and she runs it then I get my supremes meal and say thank you. Crickets.If you don’t want the job don’t take it. I’d rather have not gotten dinner than this kinda annoyed/angry attitude…ie they looked closed when we pulled in and with these folks it soon will be.

This location get worse by the day. Bojangles makes great food but this location is lacking. The service is terrible, the food is terrible (most of the time), and the employees are terrible. It’s in a great area not sure why y’all can’t find decent people for employees. Done with this location.

On the night shift the workers always keep the place dirty! They behave as if they were in their backyard, they always ignore the customer, it is unfortunate that a place like Bojangles has people like that

Horrible team, dirty kitchen anyone can see it.Everyone was on the phone talking to someone even the one in charge of Drive thru went outside while he is talking to customersUnbelievable work ethic never seen it before. My younger son watching them dancing while people waiting for their foodBelieve it or not fried chicken restaurant has no fries , no coleslawFinally got my food but was very disappointed almost brown over cooked, I didn’t feel any taste and my son couldn’t eat his mash potatoes.I really care about this business I used to like it but I would never walk to this place againI hope the owner changes the whole team or it will close very soon

I stopped to get biscuits at the bojangles on SC 160 on Sunday 1/14/24 about 10:30am, those biscuits was big, fluffy and delicious… Well done to the person that made them you need a raise. Great job! ???????

I usually avoid this Bojangles because the employees are extremely rude every time I go and it has been this way for years. Eye rolls, comments about me in front of me, no verbal responses to my questions, no “you’re welcomes.” This location is clearly inconvenienced by customers so I recommend going to one of the others in the area.
