This place doesn't even have what they post on their menu. Stop hiring lazy staff and managers. I would suggest not wasting money at this location. The owner probably needs to make some changes.
This Burger king needs to be close down .Because they have very bad customer service. I had a cashier on Sunday on Mother's day that was very rude. I pull up to order and it took her 5min to take my order. I was the only one ordering and there was know one at the window. So she finally came on the mike And ask to take my order. And I told her I would like a ham egg and cheese on a croissant. She saided that they only had sausage and bacon Croissant. And I ask her was they out of them then And she saided they did have the ham croissant. And I pull up to the window and told her that she must be new.Because she didn't know if they had the ham croissant She got very upset and rude and saided I been here
2 yrs and then she slams the window close on me and was fussing telling someone in there. What I just saided. And a older women came to the window telling me she's been there two yrs. And she was not trying to stop this cashier from saying thing to me because me and her got into a confrontation. I don't know if this woman was a supervisor or what she didn't said to much. I told the cashier I was going to report her she saided she didn't care and also I took a couple of bites off the sandwich and the sandwich didn't taste right. I fell a little sick after I took those bite and couldn't eat it.
They better be careful how they treat people cause one day someone is going to get hurt really bad.
Just KEEP GOING when u come by this place and consider eating here. Most rudest and inaccurate experience ever. I was polite and spoke to the cashier when pulling up - she didn't say a WORD...rolled her eyes and took my card. After almost FORGETTING to give me back my card she says I need to move forward to check my bag. Mind you it wasn't busy. I pulled forward and it was ALL wrong. Got a chicken sandwich instead of fish.....heavy mayo on the whopper when i said none. Went inside and of course they acted shocked that it was wrong. Remade the order and im looking at this BIG FISH sandwich that looked nothing of the sort it was small. Had heavy pickles and mayo on it which I didn't ask for. So what was the response for the small sandwich? She said Trump was the president and inflations are up, sizes are down...š³š³š³. Well BK needs to change the name Big Fish then and ensure the customer experience we see on TV is the same as in this location or any for that matter.
I placed a online order got to the location doors r locked go to drive thru when I say it's the rudest and ugliest service ever they forgot food when I knocked on window they walked past me finally a young man opens door I tell him what's missing he goes straight to my food grabs it then slams the window in my face never once spoke no one in the restaurant did how are u have a goodnight nothing I've tried to call today to speak to manager it just rings they deserve no stars and I will be telling my family and friends to take there business elsewhere for just a few short minutes I was there with my grandson at 9pm and u closed doors I feel like we could have been greeted and treated nicely
Very unprofessional and rude experience. Was asked what I would like. Gave my order and was told I canāt have a topping on my burger because itās for another burger. Instead I was told by the manager she doesnāt do that here. I reminded her I have multiple recipes and mobile orders with my exact same order. She goes to who did it whatās there name. I proceeded to request my order and modifications again. She cut me off and said sheās not doing it. Iāll have to get out her line. I asked for her name to explain this experience with corporate. She didnāt give it instead began to be childish and say whatās my name whatās my name. Even after that I again repeated my order. She said sheās going to call the sheriff because I would leave out her instead of making the burger they sell. I wouldnāt recommend this location to NO ONE when whomever the black female manager is with the childish and unprofessional attitude. Iāll be looking to speak with a general manager, supervisor or corporate. This is how companies end up on the news and or on a viral social media video. She needs to be suspended, demoted and retrained .

I really wish I had taken the chance and thought to read the reviews before I came here. Way too many one star reviews and every single one of them is probably too high. Google really should allow a zero star review to be left. This Burger King definitely deserves a zero all day and every day. If you do make the tragic mistake to come here and get food, make sure you check your receipt and check your order before you leave. I guess asking for and paying for the food that I want is too much to expect. Hopefully there are other Burger Kingās around that can step up to the plate and deliver fast, friendly service that is what the customer wants and pays for.
Was so upset with Burger King, traveling and needed to stop for restroom. Was greeted with a stanchion post blocking the restroom. Srsly??? Cashier informed us restrooms for customers only. My husband handed cashier $$$ so to grant us access to the restrooms!!! We've been Burger King customers for 40+ years!š„“

I originally put a good review on here 2 try 2 help them out, but they have been rude 2 me ever since I got the Whopper Jr 4 cheaper by ordering the cheeseburger & adding the veggies. Mainly Taisha, but today the tall, pretty 30yo? asstš©šæāš¼/shift leader too. As I was walking out, I said to a woman sitting in her car, waiting for them to bring her food, that they're rude, & she said I know! Unfortunately, u can't call customer service.
I ordered from the app so that I could just pull up and say my name to get my food. There was a car in front of me that sat for a while and I noticed they were never helped. The guy drove off angry. I couldnāt do that because I had already paid! No one ever came on the intercom to take my order, so after 2 minutes I just pulled up and knocked on the window. The lady knew that I had placed an order and she said oh you made mobile order? I only had a cheeseburger and a slushy, but I still had to pull into a parking space. There was maybe one other customer who also had to wait, and I could see employees inside talking and not working. I doubt Iāll go back at that time because the service is better earlier.
They have a camel near there for kids
This location definitely need staffing help and the ones they have, need to be fired. The owner must pay minimum wage because these are bottom of the barrel employees. Rude, donāt care, rarely ever answer the drive thru speaker, inside always closed. They close the store when they decide to.
Sign on door says they open at 7 yet we try to get breakfast around 830 and doors were still locked.
