The food was good. It was the service that was lacking. Both ladies in the drive thru had an attitude. Wouldn't even give me my receipt. Don't know if I'll come back...

Rude staff when you call they hang up on you. When you’re just asking a question that you don’t know about because not all Burger King have all the same deals. The food was just warm. It wasn’t hot was just average. And no, the atmosphere was not good because the rude staff.

I ordered the Double Croissant with Sausage & Bacon Combo. Upon my first bite, a long piece of hair was in my Sandwich. I immediately called and spoke to the Manager, & all I got was excuses that it couldn't be their hair. The fact of the matter is their is a long piece of hair in my Sandwich and I'm bald headed. Terrible Sevice!!
Waited 15 minutes at the drive up window at 7:30pm on Friday evening with no one in line, 1 car in the parking lot, and 3 cats behind me. The ai greeted me, soneone said one second then didn't come back for 15 minutes. Then made me repeat my name for the order. I get to the windiw and he's on his phone seemingly alone. Then forgot to give me my shake. I waited 2 more minutes before he realized I was still there waiting... I will just set the mobile app to a different location next time. Very disappointed.

Restrooms are only for employees. Customers aren't allowed to use the Restrooms even if you order something. Rude!

1 star on everything. Placed an order on doordash and they canceled the order. They Are lazy and refused to make the order for 1. For 2, they refused to cancel the order. There were 3 different dashers assigned to my order who took time out of their days to drive up to Burger King to pick up an order that they wouldn't make. They told my original driver to tell me to cancel the order but they don't know that's not something that doordash customers can do. They should know that they are the ones that cancel orders. Luckily, doordash refunded me what I spent, but I will not be going to or buying from this burger king moving forward. Very inconsiderate.

Worst Burger King I ever experienced. The rudest employees ever no one speaks when you come in. They always have attitudes and I don’t know who was working in the drive thru today but she needs to be fired she is so nasty and unprofessional. I would not recommmend this company and after my experience today. Spend your money else where

This place doesn't even have what they post on their menu. Stop hiring lazy staff and managers. I would suggest not wasting money at this location. The owner probably needs to make some changes.
This Burger king needs to be close down .Because they have very bad customer service. I had a cashier on Sunday on Mother's day that was very rude. I pull up to order and it took her 5min to take my order. I was the only one ordering and there was know one at the window. So she finally came on the mike And ask to take my order. And I told her I would like a ham egg and cheese on a croissant. She saided that they only had sausage and bacon Croissant. And I ask her was they out of them then And she saided they did have the ham croissant. And I pull up to the window and told her that she must be new.Because she didn't know if they had the ham croissant She got very upset and rude and saided I been here
2 yrs and then she slams the window close on me and was fussing telling someone in there. What I just saided. And a older women came to the window telling me she's been there two yrs. And she was not trying to stop this cashier from saying thing to me because me and her got into a confrontation. I don't know if this woman was a supervisor or what she didn't said to much. I told the cashier I was going to report her she saided she didn't care and also I took a couple of bites off the sandwich and the sandwich didn't taste right. I fell a little sick after I took those bite and couldn't eat it.
They better be careful how they treat people cause one day someone is going to get hurt really bad.
