Average client experience. Cashier seemed new, perhaps training, and was fine. The other two were grim. Not a hello. No smile. Seemed put out to serve. Had to ask for drink cups. Was asked if I purchased them. Really? Review the receipt you're working on and fill it!

wasn't able to complete order before the drive through person sent us to the pickup window....tried to add to my order and was told you can't order from this window...gave the food back and left...idots!

So if this burger King has two windows but told me to pull the first window and no one is there and gets mad at me for being at the wrong window. She always has a attitude. It's a reason why I only been to this burger king twice in 5 years!!
They made me wait about 20 min for a damn order and my family where jst standing there the food was all messed up and I will never come back over here

The staff is rude and took 13 mins to order food at the speaker . I didn’t even order everything I wanted because she was rude and slow ! The food wasn’t hot and just all around wasn’t a good experience. As I pulled up tot he speaker there was one car in front of me when they pulled forward I pulled up to the speaker , an automated voice came across and I proceeded to order . She then asked me to hold on and came back and was rude saying “I didn’t get your order period, so ?” And me working in the restaurant industry just don’t find that a respectable way to talk to costumers.
