I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Burger King location on 1650 SC - 160 Fort Mill SC 29708. I presented a coupon that is still valid and does not expire until March of this year, however, the staff told me that it was “not working” and refused to accept it.
No clear explanation was provided, and there was no effort to verify whether the coupon was actually valid. As a customer, I believe promotions that are still valid should be honored and handled professionally.

I kindly request a review of this situation and a clear explanation or resolution regarding why the coupon was not accepted.

Mr “Tokyo jacket” his team really looked after us tonight with our order round 7:50pm. He made the experience feel personal and due to that we promised him and the team a 5 star google rating. Order was correct and burgers excellent!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Front counter lady was very rude and had as attitude cause I asked a question about DoorDash orders while I was waiting. She said she’s not gonna argue with me but all I was doing was simply asking a question. Threatened the manager she would leave if he didn’t kick me out then started talking very aggressive towards me. Additionally they don’t wear gloves and touch the food as well which is very unsettling owner definitely needs to look into how the restaurant is run.

I had an awful experience with delivery. We decided to go in person to make sure our order doesn't get screwed up. And this was on a JUST LEFT CHURCH. I'M STARVING. BREAKING DIET kind of mood. I love the impossible burger but this one was still cold not cooked enough. Mediocre service.

This place had pulled it together for a while, but it has gone back downhill. Order took a long time, order wasn’t correct, the drink machine wasn’t making ice, drink machine randomly poured drinks even when no one was there, drinks from the machine tasted awful.
