And they literally said when I bought the food, they said they had it in stock, but they didn’t even give my money back and it was supposed to give me a Sprite and I didn’t even get to me

My family and I stopped at the Burger King at 1650 W. Highway 160 in Fort Mill on 10/22/24 just after 10pm after taking our dog to an emergency vet, Burger King was all that was open on the way home. All 3 of us were pleasantly surprised with how good the service was and how wonderful the food was. The lady who took our order in the drive-through was very kind and had a wonderful attitude, and the lady who gave us our food was also wonderful. Our food was so fresh, so hot, and so good. I appreciated how they put each order in its own bag, made it so much easier for everyone. The 2 ladies need to be recognized for great work!

I got home and found out I was missing a $9 sandwich that I ordered. A double cheeseburger with bacon. I tried to call the restaurant but the phone number on the website was no good and I can't reach the restaurant. I guess I'll just never go to a Burger King restruant again.

Did not get tomato or onion on sandwich as asked for, cold fries, and long hair in food which made me waste the WHOLE SANDWICH, because whoever made it did not have hair pulled back or covered. In food service you either use a hair net that works or you pull it back. No hair should end up in the food if done right. Wasted money and now have to pick a better place for my food before work again.

Only my second time eating burgerking breakfast in my entire life. Horrible both times. Whatever the fake butter on the biscuit was is still lingering in my mouth thirty minutes later. The chicken biscuit is two bites. Don't waste your time. Go to bojangles. Ask for your biscuit without butter at bojanlges

This Burger King had the slowest and worse customer experience ever. I waited 20 minutes before having my order taken. The gentleman in front of me was there even longer. I waited another 20 minutes before getting my order. There was no one hardly on the inside of the restaurant.
