The absolute best fast food experience the wife and I have had in a very long time. The staff was extremely friendly, and not the fake friendly you get from that Chicken Sandwich place. They were warm and genuine from the time we drove up to the speaker box to the time we got our food. It was like being at a friend's house. The food was also hot, fresh and good. 10 out of 10, would recommend as long as they keep that team that was working today.

Very very very rude to me today i cant believe it they’re normally very nice everyday but for some reason today staff was rude lady at the drive thru microphone cut me off lady at the food window damn near was just ready for me to already be gone like couldnt have asked for a napkin if i wanted to!!

Employee was extremely rude today. After I told her several times to have a great day, she completely ignored me. So I asked her if something was wrong? 🤔 She still ignored me, calling the manager. Before the manager arrived, she told me her manager told her she didn't have to say anything to customers with an attitude. Remind you, that I stopped by there two months ago and she was nice, telling me she hadn't seen me in a long time. So what changed? Now, if you know me, you know that I am a people person. It takes a lot to get me mad. As I spoke to the manager, she told me that it wasn't that serious and she didn't know why she was so upset. Not only that, after taking one sip of my drink and pouring it out, my body started feeling very funny. My food was also made completely wrong.I will not be going back to this location. That's what you call bad customer service skills.

Food was cold and dried out. I paid with cashapp card . The cashier closed the window looked at the front ( my name) then the back I saw here typing in a number then look at again like she was recording the information. When she opened it to give to me I asked why did you have to type on my information, she said she didn't but you did.gonna make a police report

Standing here now as my delivery order was incorrect. I ordered through their app, but the delivery was through Door Dash. I had to leave home to get the order corrected as Door Dash only offers apologies.
At this point, I want a refund. I can't get a refund unless I request one through the app. The app allows me to state what is wrong with my order and replies that someone will address my request within 24-48 hours, which is not acceptable. The manager only duty only responded that he didn't know who bagged my order, which is irrelevant at this point.
Just do better. I hope to never encounter this place or these people again.
Update: since I could not receive a refund, I asked that the order be made again. My sandwich was cold upon returning home. How is there no heat coming from a freshly made burger? Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place.

Pretty standard. The soda machine was funky. They'd ran out of ketchup, so had to get some from the cashier. My burger had no cheese, not sure of this is normal though.

This is the second time I’ve door dashed from this location and did not receive add on that I paid for. I paid to add bacon why isn’t it on my burger??
Order was wrong, didn’t get the churro fries or sauces for chicken nuggets. The young man helping me at the counter (I ordered from the app) was very nice and polite and helpful. He refreshed the frozen coke i ordered bc it was melted a bit. But it was dead there, no cars and no foot traffic at 7:00 PM. Some lady who must’ve been a manager came from the back asking him if everything was alright after I had returned inside to ask if the drink size was too small, the large frozen coke was smaller than my medium sized coke drink. Only after we left did I see that my churros and sauces were not in the bag. The young man at the counter though was very professional and courteous.
