Got the quote world's best sandwich. More like world's stuffed stuffing sandwich. Half the medium had maybe 2 small pieces of turkey and the rest was stuffing. Something told me to add extra turkey. Side Gravy was good once I heated it up. Ended up trashing half the sandwich though. Fries were cold, still edible. The ranch tasted off. Can't put my finger on why.
Gotten the cheesesteak a few times and figured I'd try the Hot Bobby as it sounded good. Won't be getting it again. Shame.

I had to write a review right away about this location! The entire team working today was incredibly friendly and kind. It was my first time at Capriotti’s, and it definitely won’t be my last based on the great service I received. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak combo, and next time I’ll be trying their famous “Bobbie” sandwich! Thank you, I’ll be back!

Called restaurant asked manager could I cancel my online order from over the phone .He told me yes that’s fine and I’ll receive a refund .Never got the refund and he actually marked the food as I picked it up .

it's a sandwich shop so atmosphere shouldn't be that important. the food was awesome so was the service. they have a I don't even know what it's called it's like basically what it is is like Thanksgiving dinner on a bun and it was awesome!

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is amazing! They have an all-ladies staff and plus 3 guys. Food is awesome. Girl-Power in full effect! Friendly and Delightful indeed.

Why yell TIP when someone tips you? Are you shaming people into tipping your staff? Do you pay your staff $2.13 an hour for tipping employees?

Can't say enough good things about this business. The staff is top notch, super friendly, helpful, good at their jobs, and quick. Never had an order messed up.
Have ordered many times and always great
Tonight, 8/7/25, I had the BEST steak and cheese ever.
Their new sandwiches are packed with meats and goodness.
