I really enjoy coming to this Chick-fil-A, and in my opinion, it’s the best location in South Carolina. The store is always clean, the morning/lunch staff is hardworking and friendly, and I’ve never had a bad experience overall.
That being said, there is one manager at this location whose behavior toward employees is concerning. I usually go through the drive-thru, but on several occasions—both inside the restaurant and while picking up DoorDash orders—I’ve overheard her speaking to employees in a snappy and belittling way. The workers often seem cautious around her, which is unfortunate, because they clearly work very hard. I wish corporate would visit this store and observe how she interacts with her team.
On a positive note, there are several employees who truly make this location stand out. In the mornings and afternoons, there are a few kind women who work outside assisting customers. I’ve had great interactions with Maggie, Allie, Trinity, and London. Maggie always has a great attitude despite it being early, and London is one of the nicest service workers I’ve met—she’s always friendly, joking, and complimenting little things even when it’s extremely busy. Allie works incredibly hard to keep the drive-thru line moving, no matter how long it gets. That’s admirable.
I really appreciate being able to have genuine interactions with employees rather than just placing an order and leaving. These young women clearly take pride in their work, and whoever trained them did an excellent job.

I needed a quick lunch and decided to use the drive-thru. This Chick-fil-A in Fort Mill, SC was busy, but the staff was well-trained. I had my meal in record time! Kudos to whoever trained the staff at this location.
My salad was fresh with all the toppings included.
I wish the Chick-fil-A in the Viewmont area of Hickory could do this well.
I recommend the Chick-fil-A in Fort Mill, SC for the best meal and the nicest staff around.

The manager of this establishment was very disrespectful to me and my family. We arrived at 9:00 to have dinner, and they said there was no problem. At 9:20, the manager told us to leave in 3 minutes because he had to close and we couldn't be inside anymore. I tried to explain that my son was in the restroom and we were waiting for him, but he turned away before I could finish speaking and told us to leave immediately. Can someone tell me where I can report him?

My attendant asked what brought me there & I told him the nearby hospital, where my husband had recently had surgery. Brady was so kind & offered a prayer for my husband & we prayed right then, right there. It had been a long day, that act lifted me up. Thank you sincerely

If I could give it 0 stars, I would do it is one of my fast food favorites, but I didn't like the girl who handed me my order. the order included an ice cream, she was outside, delivers orders and walking around, she did not wash her hands and didnt have globes too. when she brought me the ice cream, she brought her fingers near the ice cream and the ice cream is supposed to have a cover for you to take from there. but good bad experience and I hope they take action on the matter with their employees. 👎🏽

Not sure if this is like a joke or something, but every single time I go to this Chick-fil-A they always forget my sauces even if I ask about it. I’m currently eating a dry breakfast burrito because once again I asked them specifically to put my sauce in the bag and there’s nothing here. Also, I’m not sure if they hired anybody new or not but the individuals take your order or at least one in particular, I’m not sure what her name is, was a little snippy with me and had an attitude. I’m not sure what’s been going on the past couple months but I haven’t been pleased with my service here
