Got a steak quesadilla and there’s barely any steak in it. I do not recommend ordering ahead at this location.
My mother and I had a day from hell!! Walking into this location was nothing shy of refreshing and well worth the trip! Walking in and being greeted by matching smiles was crazy!! Arianna has a TOP SHELF STAFF in that of: Caleb, Josalynn, Trinity, Isiah. A little kindness goes a long way… you never know what a person is dealing with, BE KIND! NuffCed. Thank you for giving a damn.

chicken was not cooked properly. Salsa has no taste and overall the quantity and quality of the food is too bad. Never going to this branch again.

The frustrating thing is I’m paying for my food. But when there’s a few pieces of dry chicken on the bottom of the container that I’ve been sitting there for God knows how long; why should this be served to me? Why should workers be offended if I ask them for freshly cut chicken? As a paying customer, shouldn’t I have the right to get what I want? Fresh food? (This is the reason chipotle has issues with E. coli. Because they serve food that has been standing for way too long). At the end of the day I will never step foot into this chipotle. I would rather drive two more minutes down the road and get my food from cava.

Being gluten free is always worrying BUT one of the guys who works there is celiac! So I was super hyped being helped out and feeling safer when eating. Thank you! Also it was delicious!
First time ever going to chipotle in my life. Not great. Manager was discussing hiring someone while trying to check me out and discussing random drama. Charged me 30 then I got another notification 2 hours later I was charged again 11.
Once and done. I’ll never eat at a chipotle again

This location continues to disappoint. They served Carne Asada cold. They just stare at you as if are getting free food from there. Horrible customer service. Never ordering from them again.

Don't bother ordering online. You'd think it would make things faster. Nope. You'll frustratingly watch the entire line get serviced instead of them just handing you you're completed order. It's hard to describe how irritating that was
Ordered to-go for Chipote-lane. Order totally wrong. She barely put the tiniest amount of cheese on the 2 bowls I ordered, no sour cream.. we had to look carefully for the queso (I PAID EXTRA FOR) on my daugter's bowl. I have given this Chipotle so many chances and they keep disappointing us. At least the disappointment is consistent! They have also been out of salad dressing the last 3 out of 4 visits... how do you run out of salad dressing?! You know I am frustrated when I take the time to leave a review. I'm not in a rush to eat my bowl since it has no flavor and is mostly rice.

This location is pretty good when ordering in-store. They usually do a good job. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is they are out of onions & peppers consistently, usually on the weekends. But, it is a decent Chipotle compared to other locations.

Went in around 8:30pm, they close at 11pm. They were running out of everything. No white rice, out of barbacoa, dried up carne asada, dried up black beans, chips were stale, customer service was non-existent. To add to all of this, they were not understaffed, I counted at least 5 people on duty, but there was food all over the counters and employees were more interested in socializing than actually running the restaurant. Worth noting that they were not experiencing a rush of customers and only 2 of the workers actually looked to be doing their jobs at any point we were there.

We ordered Chipotle online and drove there to pick it up. When we pulled up, this girl with long black ponytails looked at our car and gave us a look. Then we realized we had accidentally ordered from the wrong location.
Since we were already there, we decided to just go inside and place a new order. It was around 9:45 PM and they close at 11 PM, so still over an hour before closing.
When we told the guy inside that we needed three separate orders, he rolled his eyes and said sarcastically, “The day keeps getting better and better.,” while huffing and puffing and just moving with an attitude.
We tried to order quesadillas, but he told us they only make those through online orders. So we went back to our car to order online instead.
After placing the new online order, we went back through the drive-thru. The same girl with long black pigtails who we talked to before came back, but she had this annoyed vibe like she didn’t want to be there—even though it was still an hour before closing. We told her we had an online order, and she walked away without saying anything.
Then the same guy from inside came and asked for our name. It took about 10 minutes of sitting in the car for them to give us our food.
i understand we get tired at work and wanna go home but do better.
This location has a serious quality control issue with their rice. I have ordered 3 times over the past 2 months and every time the rice is hard and chewy, completely undercooked. I can’t justify returning until this major component is rectified.
