We ordered Chipotle online and drove there to pick it up. When we pulled up, this girl with long black ponytails looked at our car and gave us a look. Then we realized we had accidentally ordered from the wrong location.
Since we were already there, we decided to just go inside and place a new order. It was around 9:45 PM and they close at 11 PM, so still over an hour before closing.
When we told the guy inside that we needed three separate orders, he rolled his eyes and said sarcastically, “The day keeps getting better and better.,” while huffing and puffing and just moving with an attitude.
We tried to order quesadillas, but he told us they only make those through online orders. So we went back to our car to order online instead.
After placing the new online order, we went back through the drive-thru. The same girl with long black pigtails who we talked to before came back, but she had this annoyed vibe like she didn’t want to be there—even though it was still an hour before closing. We told her we had an online order, and she walked away without saying anything.
Then the same guy from inside came and asked for our name. It took about 10 minutes of sitting in the car for them to give us our food.
i understand we get tired at work and wanna go home but do better.

This location has a serious quality control issue with their rice. I have ordered 3 times over the past 2 months and every time the rice is hard and chewy, completely undercooked. I can’t justify returning until this major component is rectified.

Wanted to grab some Chipotle and went in around 9:30 PM on a Sunday evening they close at 11:00pm. I noticed the staff was already breaking down the food line and cleaning up, which I didn’t mind — that’s normal at closing time but it was 9:30pm. What concerned me was that one of the employees was spraying cleaning chemicals into a container right next to food that was still out, and then tried to serve me from that same container.
I politely walked out and said, “Thank you, I changed my mind.”
They were kind and friendly overall, but their lack of awareness that chemicals and food don’t mix was a red flag to me. But hey — who am I to judge? I’ll let you make that decision for yourself!

so I went to pick up a few burritos for me and the wife and let me just say they was terrible no flavor full of rice no protein at all, well we did have beans. there was no steak or chicken like we ordered. just a really bad dinner we couldn't even eat it. please take yall time making these orders i know it could get busy just make sure every order is made correctly thanks.

Not only were they out of multiple items, my food was packaged by a slob and my quesadilla wasn't even cut. If you try to get a refund through that app it now tells you that the only way to get one is in person.

The entire restaurant was dirty, including the food prep areas. The employee behind the counter did not clean the area continued to make orders. The tables in the restaurant had remains of previous customers orders left on tables. Tables and chairs were all dirty. Also, that sanitation sign was nowhere visible in the restaurant which I will be calling DEHC tomorrow about this. Whole experience was awful. Will never go back. Saturday 12/7/24
