Ordered online, curbside quite literally never shows up. Went through the drive thru on my lunch break, they barely even gave me half of what I ordered. Called up asking to be reimbursed and I heard the rookie talking with his manager and the manager said not to even offer a refund. I had to come back losing time from work just for them to 1. Not reimburse me. 2. Try and split the difference of what they forgot instead of remaking the order. Foods good but the staff is a bunch of jokes. Go to any other location.

Always have a great experience at this location. The frozen custard is very good, but the staff is great. We usually stop here after visiting Carowinds as we did on Labor Day. The staff was friendly, helpful and took great care of us. Thank you Culver's for the family experience.

Came to this Culver’s today and the worst Culver’s experience ever! We eat Culver’s on a normal but was out that way and our cheeseburger was ice cold like literally cold the cheese was still cold and wouldn’t melt. Asked for extra crispy flys and couldn’t even get that definitely won’t stop at this restaurant be again

I came in today for a spicy chicken sandwich. A sweet and very pretty young lady named, simply, Jo She helped me with my order. The sandwich was excellent and so were the fries.

Overall: It's good.
Culver's is very different from other fast food burgers. I like to come here when I want a change of pace but the burgers are a little disappointing at times.
The last time I came here the cheese on my burger wasnt melted, at all. The Overall taste of my burger was bland and needed sauce. Usually the food isn't like this though so I would come back again.

Two stars because the food. But as a franchisee to a QSR - the girl taking orders on 9/1 around 315PM in store is absolutely terrible. I would not employ this young lady. Highly recommend having a discussion with her about proper guest interaction.
