I'm obsessed with Culver's! They see me 2-3 times a week. Hamburger, fries and tea are the bomb. They are fast and customer service is top tier. Always so clean. Move over cfa. They cater to my df needs. Huge win!

This used to be a great atmosphere and good food. My husband and I get attitude for asking for a senior discount. Some workers are wearing blue medical masks as they take your order. Why???? No southern hospitality at this place. Too bad used to be a favorite place to get a hamburger and custard. Lisa

Probably one of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced from a Manager. Specifically the manager on duty 12/8 6:30pm. They messed up on our order and instead of rectifying the situation he decided to show off in front of his staff. Extremely embarrassing behavior in a Customer Service environment. We asked for the district and regional managers information and was told they were not allowed to give out that information. Very upset that we will no longer be supporting a business we’ve been supporting for over 4yrs.

Love Culver’s , the breaded tenderloin is always my go to! Being from the Midwest, it’s hard to find where I live now! Definitely worth the drive for me. Any of their items are great. You absolutely want to try the frozen custard treats, you will not be disappointed!

The weekend of Thanksgiving Day my family and I did a curb side pickup. The guy came out and brought our food and custards. He forgot our drinks so my sister called inside. The lady (wish I had gotten her name) that answered was very friendly and polite. She apologized, asked what the drinks were and said they would be right out. The drinks were brought out shortly and we received another apology. I appreciate the great customer service of this place and the burgers and fries were excellent too! So refreshing to know that there are still places that value their customers and treat them well!

YUM!!!!! The ingredients seem fresh and the burgers are prepared with high standards. The employees are always friendly. Store is surprisingly clean for the amount of traffic it receives. It appears as though the management does a good job.

The fries were good. They messed up on my ladies order cause they weren't listening - a plain chicken sandwich, just the bread and chicken, pretty simple but they couldn't get it right. My double burger - burn dry patties. Of course this was take out so we didn't discover till we got home.
