I can’t not put anything on here I am here ordering food and first of all my food order was wrong I went back into the store and said something about it the guy in the back made a joke about me being allergic to food and said out loud “what’s next the next person is going to be allergic to coleslaw and said it loud where I heard it and then as I was walking out of this restaurant he kept making jokes and laughing like it was funny no one address him or correct him about his behavior the young lady that gave me a refund due to the fact I returned the food was very pleasant and was trying to figure out what was going on I explained to her and she was confused and this was the second female that gave my refund but I can’t not put a zero for it so one stars was given

This Culver's location is truly one of the most consistent restaurants in the area with awesome service and great food! No other fast food place can compete, and the staff is always friendly and providing service with a smile. Many businesses could stand to take lessons from these folks....keep up the great work and make sure your staff knows how great they are!!

Placed order online for curbside. Arrived 12 minutes early. Checked in immediately. After waiting for 27 minutes (10 minutes past pickup time) I went inside to see about my food. Still took another 15 minutes to get. Food was overpriced, took forever. Do not recommend.

Well, let me start by saying if you’re a fan of Culver’s I’m sorry. Today we decided to drop in at the Carowins location and when we sat down there was a roach crawling on the wall. Food was cold as well. Very disappointed. The girls at the register was the best, the others over looked me holding cups and just stood there. So I waited for the girl at the register to get done with customers so I can get some sweet tea that was out in the dinning room. The restaurant smelled as well, I thought it was the food/grease but now I think it was just the lack of cleaning after looking around. We will not be going back

They forgot my chicken tenders and onion rings. They didn't mark which burger was which. The lady literally walked off and didn't ask if we had everything. I've had Culvers in Wisconsin and their service is perfect. This one is pretty bad.

Placed a pickup order and my card was charged. Had the order receipt but they said their wifi was down and refused to fulfill the order. Very unhelpful and honestly this was so upsetting. I used my last few dollars to place this order and came straight here after work which was a half hour drive. I don’t get to eat dinner tonight because it takes 3-5 business days for a refund so I’m currently crying outside of my car after not eating all day because Culver’s took my money but won’t give me my food.

Nice diner feel with some seating outside. Drive thru available. The Culver deluxe burger was super delicious. Cheese curds were tasty also. Everything taste so fresh on it. Service was great. Love this place. My husband said the concrete custard mixer is delicious.
This is the only Culver's location I have ever visited, but every time it is great.
