So. I am a big sweets girl and I live for a regular solid white cake with vanilla buttercream. I was so happy to hear there was a place here that was featured on food network, that really made my heart happy going into the experience. Tbh I'm very sad that I bought over a dozen cupcakes and every vanilla based cupcake was dry (8/12) I don't even mean a day or 2 old. It tasted like fridge and like it was made last week. I thought maybe this was just a bad day so I came back. Upon coming back for only 4, the 2 vanilla based cupcakes I received were the same consistency. The reason I gave this a place a try again was because the chocolate based ones were insanely good but tbh it's not worth getting if majority of your offerings are dry. If they change the recipe or something for the vanilla I would consider going back. The place was cute and the staff were very sweet.

This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a bakery. I ordered a customized cake from Cupcrazed Cakery with a special name on it, and what I got was an absolute mess. The name was written so poorly it looked like a child scribbled it — totally ruined the whole point of ordering something personalized.
And don’t even get me started on the packaging. They literally slapped some plastic wrap over the cake, which stuck to the icing and smudged the entire design. The flimsy box did nothing to protect it, so by the time I opened it, the cake looked wrecked and nothing like what I paid for.
For a place that advertises itself as a “cakery,” this was laughable. Zero care, zero presentation, zero professionalism. If you want your special occasion ruined, go ahead and order from Cupcrazed. If not, do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE else.

Stopped in for the first time. Ordered 7 cupcakes and wow they were amazing! Moist, flavorful, this knocks most bakeries out the park. I was impressed. My favorite are the red velvet and the triple chocolate. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I got a cake cup. Was extremely dry and icing was way too sweet, dry, and crystalized- literally crunchy in some areas. It was like they took week-old cupcakes that didn't sell and shoved them in a plastic cup. Very disappointing and will be going in the trash. We also got 1/2 dz assorted cupcakes to take to a dinner party this evening. Really hoping they aren't as bad as the cake cup I got. My husband got a blueberry cookie that was very good though. So not all bad. And the staff was friendly.

I don’t recommend their custom cakes. I have had them twice now- first time the cake was just like the inspo but twice the size I asked for. Second time- cake was nothing like the inspo pic.
Advice to management- your biggest issue is letting the teenage cashiers make cake orders- you should only let the cake decorators do it. They write down instructions wrong and do not know the sizes of cakes customers request.
Cutesy establishment, with opposite management. Rude manager who does not seem sincere and very disorganized.
