Always love going here when I’m in town visiting my family and haven’t been able to make it into Cupcrazed in over a year so I was definitely excited to see what they’re serving up these days. The cheesecake was amazing, but the cupcakes were dry sadly. I was really looking forward to a nice dense and moist cupcake .. it was dense, but not so moist and seemed like it was sitting in the fridge for days. Otherwise, cute atmosphere, friendly service, lots of bakery treat options! Try it out and maybe your cupcake experience will exceed mine!

My son who lives out of town went in recently to use a gift card I had given him a few years ago. When he presented it, the store clerk said she wouldn't honor it and then insisted on taking it from him. (That didn't really sit well with me, if the card has no value then why should she have the right to take it from him?) He kindly made a purchase anyway. When I reached out to the store manager to ask for help, she said that they were no longer honoring gift cards issued by the previous owner. When you purchase a business, you purchase the assets AND the liabilities, but okay, I can accept this decision. Checked my bank records and found that I actually purchased the gift card from the new owner well after the business changed hands. I provided proof but never received a response. :( Wish my son had a better experience.

HAPPY FREAKING BIRTHDAY TO MEEE ! I got some cupcrazed cupcakes for my birthday this weekend and Oh Em Geeee they were amazing!!! The best cupcakes I’ve ever had… if you haven’t had one you NEEEED one… but you won’t be able to have just one! The cookie dough cupcake was seriously the best I’ve ever had! I am so glad I chose this for my birthday! We also tried the circus animal cupcake which was amazing (aside from the strange dollop of what tasted like raspberry on top.. ew) red velvet, funfetti and white chocolate raspberry. The funfetti was definitely my second favorite. They have so many flavors, I can’t wait to try more next time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially if you are looking for a place with GF or Vegan options. Cupcrazed you make some great little cupcakes! ?

Haven’t been in a long while, but I went to satisfy a besties’ craving for cupcakes. Needless to say, this squashed strawberry cupcake w/ cream cheese is Fantastic. It’s fluffy, not dry, and pairs quite nicely with the icing (there is Plenty). I’m not a huge icing person, but it will be scraped off the lid; yum. The girl at the front was super nice and patiently answered all of our questions; we shall be back! Oh and these are Real sprinkles.
Parking: Parallel parking along storefront, lit parking lot behind business, also within walking distance.

The quality has definitely gone downhill the past couple years. Ultimately, the desserts here are overpriced for what you get. Cupcakes tasted like they were a couple of days old - not moist whatsoever. The toppings on the M&M/pretzel brownies were also stale and borderline inedible. Everything looks way way better than it actually tastes. Disappointing!

Extremely rude manager. She ignored us when we came in gave us the wrong cookies and over all has terrible customer service. The cookies and cup cakes are never fresh and at least two days old would not recommend. The quality has gone way down hill.
