I am obsessed with their cookies. Much better than crumbl, they're locally owned and a cheaper price. The cupcakes are fantastic too. I have never gotten anything I didn't absolutely love come to think of it. The cake batter filled cookies are my favorite. Check them out!!!

Omg...I loved the smell of dessert walking into this place. I love the area it's in. You can just walk around and enjoy the restaurants and shops around you.Their cupcakes are unmatched. The frosting tastes homemade and is sooooo good.I went to buy just one cupcake today but left with three: a classic yellow with chocolate frosting, a strawberry with cream cheese frosting and a chocolate with caramel drizzle.This is one of my favorite places to go when I just want to have a relaxing "me day" with a delicious treat and it never disappoints.Oh...they have vegan and gluten free options.Enjoy!

We purchased two cupcakes to go today and anxiously waited until after dinner to have them. We bought two gluten free chocolate cupcakes. I don't know whether they were stale or over baked, but I don't think I've ever had a drier cake. Very disappointing.

What a fun experience ordering and watching them custom make our frosted donuts. We ate the freshly made creations hot from the box on the outdoor patio. Sweet treats!Parking: Multiple spots, many more that 50 within walking distance of front door.Kid-friendliness: Kids can pick their choice of toppings and watch as the donuts were individually made to order.

A friend had a party with a cake from here and it was so good! When it was time for me to plan a birthday for our son, I remembered about this shop. We went in one night for cupcakes and I spoke to the owner about a custom cake. She was so nice and pulled up some ideas based on what I explained. I asked if I could provide the cake topper and it was not an issue for them. We picked up our cake and it was perfect. It was not only exactly what I wanted but it was absolutely DELICIOUS. It was moist, the icing was excellent and not too sweet. Most importantly, our son loved it! I will definitely order from here for future parties.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUPCAKES ON PLANET EARTH!!!Cupcakes tasted dry, with every bite it felt like eating baking powder and baking soda!After eating the frosting my teeth felt like they were about to fall out! EXTREMELY SWEET. I needed over a gallon of water to drink after this desert!

I am disgusted with customer service from this cupcrazed cupcake location. I have been buying cupcakes from this place for the last 8 years. As I was getting two cupcakes for someone very special, the young lady at the counter was not careful and shoved one of the two cupcakes into the box. I didn’t pay too much attention at first as I was on a very important call. As I was walking to the car, I decided to open the box to make sure that everything was okay in the box. As I opened the box, what I saw in the box was one of the cupcakes were completely smashed down and squeezed all over the box and some over the second cupcake. It looked like “My boyfriend broke up with me so I will smash everything in front of me” type of situation in the box. So I decided to come back and ask for a replacement as this wasn’t for me but for someone else. As I approached the counter, an elder woman was also at the front. As I explained to them that I just bought this and I opened the box before I even got to the car and saw this box nightmare, the elder woman at first tried to blame this on me and then said that “we’ll happily replace it” very rudely and after showing off her bad attitude. It looked like it was the woman that was on the bake-off competition. As they both went to the back counter, the elder woman told the young lady to take the smashed cupcake out of the box, leave the dirty box and leave the un-smashed dirty cupcake in the box and add one of the replacement cupcakes into the box. So as the young lady picked up a comparable sized cupcake, she almost put it in the box, changed her mind, placed that cupcake back on the display, picked out the smallest cupcake with the least cream on top, almost none, unhappily placed it in the box and then silently with an angry face handed it over the counter. I don’t understand why the need for such customer service when I was polite and smiled the entire time. It costs pennies to make a cupcake that’s almost $7 retail!

This is my second experience in less than a year where the service and product has been terrible. The first was a custom cake that was ordered for my son’s birthday with a 1:00 pick up time. When I arrived the owner had not even started decorating it yet! 40 minutes later and no apology from the owner, I left with the cake and got to the party, with the birthday boy, just as it was starting.My recent experience was also with the owner this week. I went in for an event I was attending to get a dz cupcakes individually boxed. She was extremely rude, it was clear my request was a huge inconvenience for her, and she was more interested in her cell phone than actually helping her customers. I ordered a few extra cupcakes to take home to my family as well and was disappointed when I bit into my red velvet cupcake that night to find it was stale. Hopefully the 12 women I gifted the other cupcakes to didn’t have stale ones or I suspect they won’t be giving cupcrazed their business.I’ve been coming to this shop for 5 years and it has always been my favorite cupcake spot. The service and quality have significantly declined over the years, and they’ve officially lost my business.

Horrible customer service this evening, 01/07/2024 @ 4:45pm. Ordered 4 cookies on their website. Sent my teen in to pick up the order. The order was not ready and they were out of 2 cookies (chocolate chip). Instructed my teen to ask the woman for a receipt showing our refund for the 2 cookies. My teen told me that the woman said she would process the refund after she finished helping 2 other customers and that I would receive an email about the refund. That rubbed me the wrong way - finish with your first customer before you move to the next - but I let it go. I drove off without a receipt of my refund or any proof that a refund would occur. Not how I usually handle business but I was trying to avoid confrontation bc the woman seemed like she was irritated (I could hear her while I was on the phone with my teen. I was on the phone bc the woman couldn’t find our order). As I was driving home, I called the store because I wanted to know when I would receive the email about my refund. The same woman went on and on about their refund policy when I just wanted to know when I should expect the email. When she finished talking, I asked “so when will I receive the email about the refund”. Mind you, she had explained the whole bank process which wasn’t my concern but skipped over my original question. I was looking for the proof of the refund (the email). The thing (the proof) we should have received before our transaction was completed. When I asked the question the second time around, she lost it and started yelling and she even had the nerves to say, “if you would let me speak”. I listened to her for at least 2 minutes without interruption. She never answered my question and ended up hanging up the phone on me while I was talking. People can be so ridiculous. God bless you! It’s no sweat bc you helped me to keep my money in my pocket and decrease my sugar intake. How many customers can you afford to have say that before it becomes a problem? We’ve had good customer service experiences here before. I don’t know who was working then but whoever was working on 01/07/2024 at 4:45pm needs more customer service training and she should focus on the following areas, “it’s okay for a customer to question you”, “don’t expect anyone in business to just trust your word and provide customers with receipts.”, “treat all customers with respect including your young customers.” (Don’t brush them off to attend to other customers.)

With what this establishment or “cakery” charges, I custom order a cake, pick it up, and they give me an OPEN BOX to transport the cake home. Unsanitary, unprofessional, and unacceptable. You really should go out and buy boxes to accurate your cakes.
