The smell of the pizza work/cooking area was horrible. After spending $50+, the pizza was terrible. I will never get pizza from Domino’s again. Domino pizza for years was my go to place, but all good things comes to an end eventually.

Although the Audrey Kell Domino’s is the closest to me, (*like a 3 minute walk) I won’t order from there anymore. The quality just isn’t there. Instead, I make the 15-minute drive to the Indian Land location—every time. The difference is incredible. Friendly staff, fast service, and consistently delicious pizza. This store clearly cares about doing things right. Thank you, Indian Land team, for restoring my faith in Domino’s!

I’m sitting in the lobby, waiting another 20 minutes after being told it would be 20 minutes more 25 minutes ago.

I ordered my dinner at 6:55pm and it’s now 8:10. The app shows that my order is still in ‘prep’. I am guessing it won’t be until at least 8:30 before my meal is done.

I am willing to let this inability to meet deadlines slip once in a while, but this is the FOURTH TIME out of FOUR TIMES (!!) where my order was not ready at the promised time.

The app is clearly useless at determining pickup times.

I will try out another store before coming here again.

Placed a pickup order because from prior experience delivery orders seem to take almost 2 hours. I checked the tracker app at the pickup time provided to me, and the pizza was still in prep. I waited for an hour and it was still in prep. I called the store and was able to get the order placed in the oven. Overall wait for an hour and 30 minutes, which to me is odd for a pickup order. This location never delivers on their promises for pickup or delivery.

I used to always order from this Dominoes store. Up until a few months ago, it was solid pizza. It arrived hot, quick and tasted amazing. I was so happy to find a good pizza place so close to home. Our most recent order was the most disappointing one. They arrived almost an hour and half later than we were told on the app. Not only that, but we received the wrong order! When I called to explain, they told me they'd bring me my order. About 45 minutes later, they finally do. To my surprise, they brought me the pizza they made for me hours before and didn't deliver to me. It was cold and disgusting. No apology or anything. The few orders before that, arrived later and later with no explanation. We found another pizza place that we can rely on.

This place rocks! Had trouble with my app so couldn’t order from home. Walked in at 7 on a Saturday night and they were slammed! Everyone was working together and getting those pizzas out like crazy. From the general manager to the cashier, everyone was on the same page … make these pizzas and get them out! Very impressive!!! I had mine in 25 minutes. Wow! I’ll be back!

Delivery says 35min. Called after 1hr. John store person said not sure maybe 30min, driver didn’t come yet.

Placed an order for 2 large pizza’s after an hour and a half wait I called the store to figure out what was going on with my order because the text alert kept saying it was being put in the oven and the gentleman who I was speaking with was extremely rude with 1 word answers. He said the text alerts are not right. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me no. I asked to speak to the manager again and he yelled “Carl she wants to talk to you” and then came back on and said Manager refused to come to the phone and would not speak to me at all. I just wanted to know what was going on with our food. He proceeded to tell me that it would be delivered in another 20-40 minutes and then wanted to know if I wanted to cancel my order. I will NEVER purchase from this location EVER again!!! Extremely unprofessional!!!
Still waiting and its now been 2 hrs
