Domino's Pizza

If I could give 10 stars for service I would. The absolute sweetest staff and they’re so quick and handle everything perfectly. I’ll drive any distance to come to this location!

Worst pizza takeout we have had!
We usually order pizza from Domino's and have tried various locations. We have always been happy with Domino's pizza - it is our family favorite.

This one at Tom Hall street was unbelievably bad. The toppings we had ordered were chicken, spinach and cheese. There were 2 pieces of chicken in the entire pizza, so dry that we were doubtful it was even fresh! There wasn't even a tiny bit of cheese in the middle of the pizza. The pizza dough appeared flat, that we thought it wasn't baked properly. Quite disappointing.

Bottomline: We would not prefer pizza from this Fort Mill location again.

Food from dominos is generally good, but what takes the whole experience down is the customer service and atmosphere.

Upon arrival, I'm struck with the dawn of monotonous attitudes from one of the workers. Waited a good minute until I was actually spoken, too. Just placing the order seemed like a struggle. Just sucked the enthusiasm from wanting to be there to be honest.

Tip: Even if the food is amazing, if the staff is lifeless/dull when taking and completing orders, it will eventually run the establishment down...

Hypothetically and ironically, the decorated skeletons in the front of your place had more life than the whole interaction with some of the staff at this place on this day...

My pizza was dry and not very tasty

The food is tastes okay. However, their pizzas consists of more grease than marinara sauce. Every time I’ve ordered here, including today, there was someone else’s hair in my food. I did call back for a remake, which was nice that they gave me no hassle, but that should be least they can do. Do I recommend someone ordering pizza here? No. Not when you have a little Caesars down the street that has overall better quality, wonderful service, and no hair in your food. This will probably be the last day I eat out! (almost fast food joint I go to has hair in my food). I meant no disrespect or attitude in my review, but I wanted ti be honest. God bless!

We ordered a New York style large pizza and it no where close to what we expected and also the toppings are not placed as needed. Although it's a free pizza from the dominos points but it shouldn't look this bad. The pizza wasn't cut good and tasted bad. Refer to the picture and it speaks for itself.

Very very bad,they use old people to delivery and wrong items are delivered.

All ways orde from this place but today my pasta was bad ,bowl is half way fill and not sauce is dry wth whi fix my plate and not meat .

I ordered a pizza for pick up online. I had surgery and have somebody else have to pick it up for me when I called in and complained about the pizza being cold they said because it's set for a while and that it was my no it's not their fault sometimes customer service does matter, it's supposed to sit in the heater from what I thought and the pizza was slightly burnt. Very disappointed in this.

Best Domino’s I’ve had in years. I have to admit Domino’s hasn’t been good within he last few years. My family decided to give them a try at the Fort Mill location. I’m so glad we did.I was greeted as soon as I walked in, my order was already ready and waiting for me, there was a lot of staff there working, and the pizza is really good.Keep up the great work! I will continue coming to this location.
