The bartenders ignored me for at least 30 mins before they took my drink order then wen they came and took my order they asked my boyfriend what we needed and never acknowledged me.. granted i was the one paying for everything because this was my treat to him.. the two ladies from this past Friday 1/19/24 needs training on customer service skills... the atmosphere seemed chill and cool but the bartenders and their attitude made me leave asap.. wasn't there even an hour.

Your typical pub. We sat down in a booth and ordered drinks, a beer and soda. My husband out in food I told the bartender I needed 5 minutes. Regulars were sitting at the bar. The rest of the bar was wide open. 35 minutes later a gentleman came out with food. We explained I hadnt ordered yet and we ordered drinks that have not come. I decided not to order the burger because my husband already had his appetizer and food that came out together. They were served in to go containers, which is fine. No apologies for the lapse of service, which again, we let slide. No one ever came back to ask if we wanted another drink. The only patrons were the regulars at the bar. We would never go back. As far as the food, The fried pickles were pretty good and we would give them a 4. The 3 tacos were on soft shells, we would give them a 3.5. Service was lacking to say the least.

My husband and I came here because nothing else in Steele Creek opens late but I’m so glad we did… Our new favorite bar!! Food was awesome, and drinks were great(ask for Holly)! The owner blends in with the staff and was so attentive… yes definitely coming

DIVE BAR!!!!! The wings here were phenomenal and the tater tots were ridiculously crispy. They don't have plates but they'll give you an extra wing tin to eat out of if you ask. Strong drinks and the staff is awesome. This is one of those great bar set ups where each booth has its own TV. Sports on all around. They have security at the door in the evening which I think is great. Bathrooms are clean and the security guard actually told me to let him know if the bathroom needed to be cleaned when I had to use the men's room due to a lady's room extended wait. Fantastic service overall and great food. Don't be afraid of your local dive.
