Clayton just delivered my donuts. He didn't have to, but he did, and that's why I'll be ordering from this store every month for my team meetings.
The first delivery driver made a mistake and brought the wrong order. When I called, they didn't give me a hard time. They just confirmed the mistake and then Clayton jumped in his truck and brought the right order. Simple, easy customer service that has created a customer for life. Great work, and great donuts.

Both young ladies were incredibly professional and friendly. This was my first visit, and Sophia and Angie were so kind and patient while I decided what to order. I ended up getting some delicious donuts and an amazing macchiato to go. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!

I don’t know why I’ve been sleeping on Duck Donuts. Finally got to try it and I am disappointed I didn’t try it sooner. The donuts were amazing and I am not typically a big fan of donuts. I bought donuts for my team from here and can’t wait to take my family. The maple bacon was amazing! We also had a fall assortment and the team all said how good they were. I don’t even know which ones I tried, but I did not have a bad one at all.

There was a new young lady working there as well and she recommended the French toast doughnut so I’m definitely going to try that out next time.
