The girl there was nice and was actually able to talk to a customer without being rude or awkward. It was refreshing. The prices are a joke, but I needed coffee at 5am and this place was open to accommodate that need. Two large black original blend coffees with a sprinkle donut was 12 dollars. BS price but at least it got me my fix. Never again.

They basically gave me a black coffee without the ingredients and I know why they do it because I ordered thur door dash and I’m sorry but if the workers can’t follow a simple task of adding ingredients like flavor, cream, sugar ya know the importance of a coffee why are they still working there totally unacceptable wasted money on poor performance and it was almost 20 dollars

I come here because it’s convenient. But I’m done coming to this location. I’m in the drive through I ask for maple frosted, they respond they’re out. I go in & it’s maple frosted donuts looking at me. Then I order from inside (chipotle hash brown wake up wrap) never in my years of coming to Dunkin have I seen LIGHTSKINNED HASHBROWNS. The pic doesn’t do justice. These are light and old not fully cooked something. Stop hiring just anybody! Maybe I need to apply to help this store out. I swear these hashbrowns are under cooked & green. I know it’s fast food but come on! AND might I add the worker has one glove on & her other hand touched my donut as she put it in the bag. Tried to play it off. Yes I saw you girl I’m not slow.

This place was so rude, my food was cold and the cashier had the audacity to have an attitude when I asked if it could be made fresh. Once the cashier finally got over her attitude, she made the food again, but it seemed as if she was trying to be funny by just warming it up versus giving me the hot crispy food item. Save your coins, and go support another Dunkin because this one ain’t it!

Paid $5 for a drink so packed with ice that I could not get my straw into the cup for a while. Once I did it was about 6 sips worth of the drink before it was empty and just filled to the brim with ice. Service was also not good from the person taking my order, didn’t listen
