Usually everyone is super nice! This morning I was given a hard time because I asked for 4 coffee rolls at 9 am. I was told that I was wiping them out, I should have called ahead and they only make so many a day. It was only 4 donuts. How is that my fault. Felt like I was being talked down to by my mother. The donuts were bomb tho. SORRY FOR WANTING 4 🥴🥴🥴

Employees were not friendly, I ordered a Halloween bucket of munchkins to bring my coworkers for pharmacy technician day. It was served with no top and the employee argued with me that there is no top. (There is supposed to be). There were no Halloween munchkins in the bucket either. Would not return to this location.

Don't bother to go inside the store for service. Their whole focus is working the drive-thru lane. If you go inside, they will ignore you, and you have to use the counter kiosk to order. The kiosk does not allow munchkin customization only mixed. Basically, you need to use the app, and if you come to this location, the drive-thru line looks long, but it cleared out faster than me walking inside to only order munchkins.

I’ve gave this place a bad review before but after stopping by the other morning with my complaint the staff took care of me and comped me a drink and gave me a refund. They were very apologetic
Just all in all a disappointing visit. Wait time was so long and my order wasn’t even correct. Save yourself some time and head to the Dunkin’ on 160 on Lake Vista Blvd. That’s my usual Dunks and I will never be coming here again.
