Famous Dave's is a pretty good BBQ restaurant. I came here for dinner after visiting Carowinds during the day. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and I liked the license plates in the bathroom, including the Cedar Point one (I am a coaster enthusiast). The service was alright, the waitress did not refill our waters between ordering or receiving our food. The sauce bottles on the table were sticky, but the sauces tasted very good. The Rich and Sassy sauce was my personal favorite, and the Devils Spit left a lingering spice. There were three of us eating meats, so we got the All American Platter, which claims to feed four to six. We finished almost all of the food, and it definitely could have had more, especially since it claims to feed six. The food was good though. I recommend coming here if you're in the area.

We always go here with a group of friends. The wait staff has as much fun as we do.
The food is incredible! I have tried everything on the menu (even the chicken tenders at a BBQ spot. LOL) and I enjoy everything.

We will continue to eat here.

we were in town for the PGA Championship and stumbled into this place. Got A++ service (I am blanking on her name) and the food was great. They even found a way to turn the golf onna separate Tv for us. Highly recommend place.

They did short me a side with one of my meals. No beans.

The service was absolutely amazing; greeted as soon as we stepped foot in the door and an amazing waitress who was bright and polite. The food came out in the blink of an eye and was absolutely delicious. It was also very clean! They’re so wonderful here :)

I don't usually leave reviews for places unless they are exceptional, but this place was WAY better than that. Food portions 10/10, Food taste 10/10. Service 10/10. All of the servers were amazing and kind. I recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Spent $170 for dinner just to have the saltiest barbecue I’ve ever had. I couldn’t finish the brisket it was so bad. This was my first and last time ordering from here!

Food is excellent service is great. Very clean and really fast. Seat to eat was less than 10 minutes.
