I ate at a Famous Dave's BBQ almost a decade ago and love it, I even drove 2 hours off my route to eat it then...because it was that good.But I would not drive even 5 minutes down the road for the food I had on Sunday (April 21, 2024). The Dave's Mac & Cheese was awful, burn ends were bad and extremely fatty, brisket was horrible and also very fatty.The best thing we had was the catfish fingers in the sauce and a chicken strip from one of the kids' plates.Won't be coming back and taking this off my list of delicious food places to stop.The guy at the bar who waited on us was great and very helpful with making decisions.
Great service, food and atmosphere! We each ordered the pick two with one water and one iced tea. The total came to $51. Everything was fantastic! We would definitely go back.

Went here for my dad's birthday lunch. It has always been one of his favorite places since he tried it in Texas back in 2013. The food is always amazing and I highly recommend it. Our waitress was extremely nice and personable. She had my Uncle laughing and that's a hard feat lol.

We were not very impressed with the food. The bbq pork was extremely salty, collard greens had a funky taste, the garlic whipped mashed potatoes were pretty good. The cheese curds were also pretty good. The sweet tea was good! Service was incredible. Food came out super quick and hot. Just not the best bbq I’ve had nor the best sides. It was also a bit pricey

Love their brisket by the pound! It can be ordered "naked" if you don't want sauce. And they have the best side salad that I've had in a long while.Friendly and helpful staff and super fast take out service.

I recently just went back to try out again and had a much better experience. Foodwas awesome and had me some what surprised and satisfied. I'd recommend this to family members and definitely friends no matter if they are coming into town or just looking for a great dinner.
