Took my mother here for her birthday after waiting for over 30 minutes at a different restaurant without even being greeted by a server.
Everything was perfect. Great atmosphere, service and food overall. Completely turned the day around and the complimentary dessert and birthday card made a world of difference for her.
Thank you to Mark and the team for making this a memorable first experience at Firebirds, we will be back.
Extremely overpriced for what you get. You’re paying for the ambiance, not the food.

The best restaurant in Fortmill. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The staff And servers are courteous and attentive. Special thanks to several Kevin B. for his excellent table, manners and service. We will definitely recommend to others!

Had an amazing time here! Started with the lobster spinach queso dip with warm tortilla chips. SO good! Then the ribs with potatoes au gratin. The meat fell off the bone and the potatoes were so well flavored and cheesy. We finished with the brownie sunday that comes with a little cup of warm caramel to pour over it. Every bite was perfection 👌
Our waitress was fantastic and we never had to ask for anything because she was already taking care of us. Truly a memorable meal! Definitely going back!!!

We’ve tried the restaurant twice now, three weeks apart. The 1st visit was best with excellent service, but the kitchen admittedly messed up my wife’s order. The manager got involved & they recooked it, but this left her waiting while the rest of the table ate their dishes, then she ate after everyone was done. The food was good. The second visit (today) included my daughter & her husband & daughter. The service was very poor. Our server seemed scattered & rushed, making all of us a bit anxious. The entire table waited & waited for everything- taking the original order, drink refills, previously requested condiments, etc. The food was just ok, nothing wowed anyone. Based on these two experiences, I doubt we will return as there are simply better options in the area.

I took my wife and niece to dinner for the first time last night. My salmon plate was good, but my wife's grilled sirloin plate was a little salty. I am not sure whether it was the sauce or the steak itself, but overall everything was fine.
Bless the chefs, the food is amazing, atmosphere is peaceful, price...can't complain because the service and food is so good.

Food was average to good, mash potatoes were cold. Many Customers dressed in t shirts and talking on cell phones out loud etc… not the clientele I want for nice restaurant atmosphere. Reservation at 2:45 got table around 3:30. Wanted us to sit at high top bar area.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to dine there. OpenTable allowed me to schedule a reservation at 11pm even though they close at 11. I was under the assumption that the reservation would be fulfilled. Thanks to OpenTable and FireBirds my valentine evening was ruined!
Michael B was absolutely amazing ❤️❤️… He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always refilled without us asking.
He made my birthday dinner fun and beautiful🤗❤️❤️… The food was great, but the service truly made the night special. We’ll definitely be coming back 💃🏾💃🏾

We almost left after the icy reception from the young raven-haired hostess. It was an early dinner and she did a poor job of expressing how booked they were. All she needed to do was gently say we are booked, but please enjoy first-come seating at Abc. Maybe she was frazzled and management was beating down. Made us feel a little unwelcomed as she did not appear to do this to the couple behind us. We were doing a post special occasion early dinner with out-of-town family, who wanted good and not fried food- so I quickly recommended here.
Our server Jennifer was pleasant. She anticipated refills and that was nice. My family enjoyed their beef entrees;however my go-to salmon was lacking the flavor. The fresh vegetables were also very raw and barely touched the saute pan. I picked over them& left me a little bummed. Wished I would have opted for beef too.
For the price point, the last few times have not matched the cost. It was a little busier than expected for before 4. Maybe they were short staffed due to folks calling out for SB Saturday. Saw red haired gentleman who appeared to be a manager/higher up who passed our table a few times. Not once did he ask how things were going. With the economy, cannot keep spending the money we have spent, for hit and miss.

Service was great. I door outdoor seating. Noise is moderate but quiet enough you can have a conversation. Music quietly playing in background. They have a good happy hour menu with shareable plates. Plenty of parking.
