Firehouse is a good sub restaurant. I usually get the hero and it is always consistently good. The only mild downside is the price it is a little pricey. If you were to compare it to a publix sub The public sub is a better value. That being said it's still a good place to go get a sub most of the subs here are hot steamed and have a good flavor. The cookies and brownies are also good.

this is quickly becoming my favorite sandwich place! ? food is always 5 stars, great chip choices, perfect pickles and fresh tasting bread. the staff is also very friendly, service is pretty quick i’d say, about 3 minute wait and the dinning room has always been clean when i’ve gone in :) i love that they have a hot sauce bar, my favorite is the florida man’s lunacy (level 7 i belive) great choices and the ones i’ve tried have paired wonderfully with my subs! i highly recommend trying the club on a sub- the meat is so well flavored, very sweet and savory!

The staff at this Firehouse Subs is absolutely awesome! Every time I visit, I'm blown away by their friendliness, attention to detail, and great energy. They make sure every sub is perfect and always go above and beyond to provide amazing service. You can tell they really care about their customers. The service here was unsatisfactory. We placed our order in store for dine in and after ordering mutliple large subs they gave us one medium, one with wrong bread, and another with no condiments. I was bothered by this because at first the workers seemed nice and I left them a $5 tip (before I received the wrong order). I asked them why i recieved a medium sub and they said that’s because it’s what I ordered. They made no attempt to make it right or anything. Workers had Apple ear buds in so they probably couldn’t hear me say our order. The cherry on top was the younger aged female giving our party a lot of attitude while we were asking her simple questions.

Great staff and good food.We had an issue with the app and they promptly resolved it in store.It was mostly Sierra helping us today. She did a great job.Will be coming back here!
