Updated review for March 15, 2024 @ 1:30 PM.The customer service from this location hasn't decreased in quality since opening! Great staff and good food.We had an issue with the app and they promptly resolved it in store.It was mostly Sierra helping us today. She did a great job.Will be coming back here!

It took us 30 minutes to get our food that we ordered at the counter because they seem to prioritize online orders. They wasted our time and we didn’t even get an apology.

Only writing based off the bathroom because I feel it needs to be addressed. First off there is a child's potty sitting in the dining room right when you walk in.... Next the toaster is broken and there is a huge delay in sandwiches being made with no explanation. I only know because it's clear with the manager running back and forth talking on her cell phone about the breaker not switching and the staff talking about the broken toaster. Lastly, the bathroom was disgusting.

Just tried the new pizza sub, meatballs much too loose/soft and not seasoned! Served on plain white roll, not the tossed Italian garlic roll as advertised! Not good!!

Place is good and people are friendly. Takes a little long to get your food but it’s better than stubway.
